Tried to purchase this but mbstartool would not fulfil the order without sending pictures of my credit card and driving license even though payment was taken via paypal. To me this just seems very shady and would open me up to identity fraud, buyer beware!

If not willing to accept paypal payments inform buyers before allowing the purchase and money to be taken.

I contacted the supplier with success, the device works as expected. I am happy with the purchase.

I had a problem with Xentry software and the technician solved it immediately

I purchased V6/2022 SD Connect C4 package without laptop. Package came with SSD where everything was already installed. Customer support could not be better from recommendations what package to choose to final steps of software activation (remotely via TeamViewer). Shipping was fast and reply for all my questions came super fast.
Product itself including cables seams to be high quality. I would definatly recommend this to one who is out for buying diagnostic tools.

Amazing customer service! Bought this system 5 years ago and needed some updates to add newer vehicles. Spencer was knowledgeable and capable of explaining troubleshooting steps that we could complete. When it came to advanced troubleshooting, he was able to escalate the situation to the engineers and resolve our issue in a matter of an hour. Highly recommend their product because it works, is user friendly and their customer service is top notch.

Excellent service for pre sales advice, and buying. Fast, polite and very knowledgeable. Initial outlay more than covered by being able to carry out home diagnosis and fault correction. Great after sales support as well. Solved a recent glitch on my old system without any issue. Many thanks.

Here is my feedback
1. First of all, Spencer is a great salesman and he helped me with whatever he can for smooth purchase and support after sale. He recommended the package for my car and all went well after.
2. I made the deal through Pay Pal and all went smooth with no issues
3. Package arrived in a perfect condition with no issues through DHL, took about one week or less.
4. Once delivered, I engaged with Spencer for the activation and then he hooked me with the tier 2 support to get all installed SW activated and in working order.
5. Overall, it is a satisfactory experience for me.
6. Price wise: I think it is priced well for what functionality you get for your car. The think that you need to know what you are doing.
7. I bought V3/2021 Xentry with MB SD C4 and installed it on a laptop I have, as I mentioned before all working in perfect condition, no issues.
8. From experience if you are going with the same route, make sure the laptop got enough memory 4 GB or more and preferred to buy the SSD HDD, it will be faster and save you sometime.
