While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Worst company to exist corrupt is what they are

Worst company to exist. They lie, they are corrupt. I had a MBTA bus change lanes into the lane I was in and they damaged my vehicle. They refused to turn over the camera footage to myself and my insurance company. That’s ok MBTA I got it anyways so joke is on you. They refused to pay for the damages they caused to my vehicle and are saying I damaged there precious bus. Explain tok me how I damaged your freaking bus when your freaking driver came over into my lane of traffic with me beside him. You people honestly suck

Never rely on their schedules or live tracking apps

This is something that happens almost everyday, the bus supposedly coming, then delay 15 mins, then delayed another 10, and then actually not even pass by and skips to the next scheduled one. 99.99% of the times the bus is late, and not by just 3 minutes. The drivers are definitely not the problem, the company is. Complete garbage.

THE RIDE, Paratransit I have Given Up

When I report the [relentless] Dispatch mistakes, I receive insulting overly detailed letters from GM, Joel Cook listing every trip taken in 12 months and in all the ways that *I'm* at fault, aka the real problem. Dispatch sends drivers to take me to a doctor's appt. either 1.5 hrs too early (7 min drive) , send Flex Vehicles I cannot access ir egress without causing more damage to my spine. I have never been a Flex rider bc I know my spine won't bend. I've had to cancel so many trips bc of dispatch errors it's not worth it to see a doctor. Drivers go to neighbor's addresses and can't see me 1 block away. I've had to walk home after hip replacement, from homes 2-4 miles away in rain, 109 degree temps all uphill bc driver can't find the pickup location. I've been asked to walk 2 blocks to use so called Door to Door services. In 2924 alone, I had to cancel 12 pickups bc they can't find my TH. I confirm every trip, Scheduling reads back every reservation, but Dispatch does what they want, I'm the least of their concerns. At 72, I need help and will need to buy my own Van with a lift.
