Okay so I just wanted to start a small SMP Servers with friends. I didn't like my world so I deleted it from file manager to reset it, it later on crashed and I asked support about it. Support told me I needed to buy $6 (5gb) to be able to run 1.15.2 at all (and use my server). When I confronted him about it he changed and said "You need at least 5gb to run 1.15.2 lag-free". But before he said I needed to buy 5gb to run anything over 1.8/1.9.
Its cheap and support used to be helpful but not this time. Not sure if they just couldn't understand me or what. But he got very rude and was like "You don't listen." "If you would listen to me" "It is NOT A SCAM", etc. I feel like this is very unprofessional and a scam-attempt.
The "scam" part about it was that he told me I needed to spend $6 more to be able to play 1.15.2. Later he changed his mind and said to run it lag-free.
Wouldn't really recommend.
Edit: After I said I would leave a bad review he did not respond anymore.
Rest of the support are nice and friendly, I am not sure how this dude got support..
