I have studied my level 2 AAT with Mcarthur Morgan on demand learning and there is not a single fault. I passed the overall course with a 94% pass (Distinction)
The whole layout is very simple, for exam they send you an exam with all resources (revision plan, workbook, mock exams, answers & all lesson recording) which basically they give you a detailed plan so you know exactly what you should be doing at any stage. Once you sit your exam for a module you then email and they send you the same for the next module.
The videos (pre-recordings on Zoom) are very detailed and easy to follow.
All contact I had with Mcarthur Morgan was positive. They are very quick at responding to emails & lovely to speak to on the phone also!
I can’t thank everyone at Mcarthur Morgan enough for all the help and support!

I’m doing Level 2 Accounting with…
I’m doing Level 2 Accounting with McArthur Morgan and I am pleased with this online course. I think it is well planned, very detailed and organised with more than enough study materials, videos and practice questions.
This is my first online course; I found it very helpful, also very much like the opportunity of recorded lessons, one to one explanations, the chance to be in touch with everyone. I like the flexibility, you are able to access into whatever session suits you.
I still have much to do and to pass few more exams, but I guess it will all worth it in the end!

Level 2 'On Demand' Distinction
I'm over the moon with the results from all of my Level 2 exams. I've passed with an overall 92% distinction and even achieved 99% in two of the exams!
After initally enquiring about the course, I decided to go down the 'on demand' route for level 2 and 3. This meant I could fit in tuition videos around my full time job, my family and our busy lifestyle! I also had the option of being able to watch the videos more than once (however I never needed to do this the tutors explain everything in a clear and memorable way). The course is split into bitesize chunks so the learning is never overwhelming and a detailed learning plan is provided for you to follow. The tutors are always on hand too if you have any questions about your learning.
All the staff at McArthur Morgan have all been really helpful to me and it's been a really pleasant and enjoyable experience using them! I'd highly recommend McArthur Morgan for anyone wanting wanting start their AAT journey. I'm really looking forward to completing my level 3 with them.

I finished level 2 fast track with overall 96% Dinstinction.
I looked around the market very carefully before I chose McArthur Morgan because I had bad experience with online courses before. I must say the way they organise these courses are brilliant.
Of course I had to study and practice a lot on my own too because no time to go through each and every practice questions&answers but I could always ask if something was not clear.
I’m onto level 3 now and enjoying it a lot. I got great foundation from level 2.
I highly recommend this provider I brought 2 friends of mine here and I will do level 4 with them.
Accountancy is not for everyone and we can’t blame any provider for that.

A dissapointment...
I'm sure we all have different experiences and expectations. But I cannot recommend McArthur Morgan.
Please bear in mind I won't go into specific detail as I would prefer to remain anonymous. Why? Because all I want is to share my experience and do not wish any contact with them, because regardless of what they say, they KNEW about most of these issues and did NOTHING to prevent their continuation.
I went to a different school before for something similar and was okay at best. Since I thought it could be better I decided to enroll into a school that "specialised" in accounting (in AAT specifically).
The educational part of the course did get better over the course of my education in this school. There was some unprofessional behaviour where lectures would finish 2 hours early constantly, which did stop but a whole unit was gone through with barely any excersizes while it was a large unit to learn. Again, that improved, it was just hard to cope with that unit.
Later on with other units there were recordings in addition to class recordings but they mainly felt like repeating the same thing being taught just by a different teacher. Felt time wasteful with little benefit since it the live lectures were recorded too.
The worst part was the school as an organisation. I'm not talking about teachers. Technical issues, errors. Provided schedules not adhered to, not getting invites to classes, being rude on the phone for no reason, being accused of not reading received emails (while nothing was received - yes I'm aware of spam/junk folders etc.). Had to persistently remind for certain information to be sent through.
I don't expect to be treated any special, just common decency towards another human would seem essential. I know customer service is frustrating, I know there can be miscommunication but I expected more from a professional company.
Again this is purely my opinion and experience and cannot say anyone else would be put through that.

As you mention every student has a unique experience at McArthur Morgan, whilst this is usually a selling point it appears that we may have fallen short with yours. As you have chosen to remain anonymous it can be challenging for us to fix your problem with you directly but if you’re happy to e-mail me at remi@mcarthurmorgan.com I will be all too happy to assist in fixing these issues and getting you through your qualification.
I’m concerned when you mention that lectures finished 2 hours early, we record all of our lectures as these take place on Zoom. I am currently investigating this with the team however when these videos are sorted by duration I cannot find any recording short enough for this to be the case. In terms of exercises, all of our course units come with a question bank of at least 100 questions not including mock exams and workbook questions and I’m concerned that you didn’t have these for the duration of your course and again have followed this up with the team.
Finally in terms of rudeness, I am mortified that this would ever be the case, it is our passion in providing good tuition with friendly customer service and have generally exceptional feedback and exam results to prove this. I am more than disappointed to hear about your experience but would like to ensure you that this is not demonstrative of the service that we usually provide.
As previously mentioned I will be happy to get you back on track and would love the opportunity to have a second chance to show you why so many other students are raving about McArthur Morgan and urge you to reach out so that we can help you achieve your qualification.

Excellent provider
I've used McArthur Morgan as an independent training provider since September last year. I self-study using the workbooks and text books provided and also benefit from the pre-recorded "zoom" tutorials so I can study as and when it suits me. I've just completed Level 2 Accountancy and received a distinction with no prior knowledge and a long, long time since I last studied. Can't fault the service or quality and will be continuing with them for Level 3.

I am currently studying towards AAT Level 2 through online course and I can 100% recommend McArthur Morgan.
At the start it was very confusing to choose the best provider as there are so many. But I am so pleased I chose this company.
They initially give you a call to assess correct level and take you through the whole process. You have your own tutor who is always available to answer any questions. Course materials are sent in no time and responses to questions are super fast. The way how the course is set up really helps to achieve best scores - I have got 98% in Bookkeeping Transactions and 99% in Bookkeeping Controls studying on my own pace and now studying for my next exam. I really enjoy the process and I will definitely use this company to study for my next Level. Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend!
After completing AAT level 1 and 2 through an evening college course i had a change in circumstances that lead me to continuing my studies via distance learning. I discovered McArthur Morgan online and enrolled on the on demand AAT level 3 course and i wish i had done the same for the previous levels! Studying through distance learning seemed a bit daunting at first, but McArthur Morgan have a clear step by step study program to work through and provide all the training resources you need, such as pre-recorded lessons, study books and work manuals. The pre-recorded lessons are really informative and the subject explored in detail with the advantage of pausing and rewinding the lesson should you find a particular part complex. On top of this, my tutor Alan has been on hand for any questions or extra support i might need whether it be via email or Zoom calls. For example when i had a query regarding accrued income, Alan organised a one to one session via Zoom to go through the process to ensure i had a full understanding. Keit has also been very helpful, sending me study materials and helping me with exam booking queries even when its 10:00 at night! I would highly recomend McArthur Morgan, especially if like me, you are new to on demand or distance learning.

I have been with McArthur Morgan for over 3 months, I am doing AAT L2 and L3 superfast track. The service the are providing is second to none I have no complaints!!!
They are very organised and structed which helps make learning the syllabus very simple.
I am doing this course at a very fast speed, but I have not felt unpressured and I have been getting amazing grades all thanks to McArthur Morgan.
Anytime I need help or have a query the tutors are always helpful and take their own time to help you until they know your 100% and I have not seen this kind of service anywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!

Over the Moon. So happy yesterday I had my first exam regarding level 3. It took me 5 weeks to finish the programme and achive the amazing result. 93/100. I'm enrolled with on demand class and I completely love it. The study programme its amazing, Alan the tutor explain things in a really simple and memorable way. Online On Demand Level 2
I have been doing the online on demand course for Level 2 in accounting, which I have just completed with a Distinction. It was really easy to follow, with instructional videos and then LOADS of resources and practice questions to ensure that I had really understood the topic. I was aiming to finish in 6 months but I have a 1 year old so it took me 9 months, but the best part about it is that I could complete at my own pace around my changing lifestyle. I am starting Level 3 now and really looking forward to getting stuck in again. The course tutor Alan and Remi/Keit were both really responsive and helpful if ever I needed anything, and even replied to congratulate me on my results.

Fantastic live online course
I would highly recommend studying with McArthur Morgan for AAT. I’ve started the level 2 twice in the past with other providers but given up pretty fast. I have just completed level 2 with McArthur Morgan in 4 months and felt so prepared going into each exam. The structure of the live online course is fantastic and well worth it. The tutors Alan and Vanessa are on hand pretty much constantly to answer queries and deliver lessons in a way that doesn’t make it feel like a chore. I’m about to sign up for Level 3 and wouldn’t even consider going anywhere else!

Level 2 & 3 Fast track
I have completed the level 2 & level 3 super fast rack course starting in January and finishing in August. I found the course to be exceptional in all areas being the materials and the service, any help I needed was given.
It has allowed me to begin my career in the industry and look forward to studying my level 4 later this year.

AAT Level 2 Course
The McArthur Morgan team managed the teaching of the course and the subsequent exams very well. The lessons were well structured, well taught and at the perfect pace. Any academic or admin related queries were resolved promptly and informatively.
