Faulty items of cheap materials which breaks consoles
Bought one of those stands for my PS5, and the screw that came with it broke the base and the screw casing on it. True that I never opened the box for a long time but that I’d disregard the experience.
The product is faulty and broke my PS5, and the customer service was appalling to say “you are out of warranty” when the fault was not technical but on hardware.
I never claimed a refund but some advise after what happened.
Yet another cheap plastic manufacturer who play with consoles that cost hundred of euros.
