Efficient and clear communication from the start, confirmation of time and date sent by email straight after initial call. Engineer called to say he was on his way, he arrived on time, was friendly, professional and informative. Great service, will be using them for future work, would definitely recommend MCB.

Our initial call was answered by Marcus who did a great job in ensuring that an engineer would attend on the day. We were later attended by a very proficient and polite engineer, Luke, who wa able to identify and repair the leak in our pipework. He kept me informed throughout the process and left the site clean and tidy.

Marcus was great on the phone explained what the quote covered and was able to get a plumber out to us within a couple of hours. Luke was very thorough and clean with his work, only removed flooring where it was absolutely necessary to access the leak. I will call on this company again for future needs without a hesitation.

Marcus was helpful and efficient, and pulled out all the stops to fit our gas fire before Christmas. Great communication throughout the process, from choosing a fire, providing quotes, doing the work and clearing up afterwards. We are very pleased with the result.

The guys from MCB were great, can't fault them at all. Speedy service with great communication at all times. Different boiler options explained and competitively priced. Super experience with Marcus. Because of my lack of experience he helped us 3 times with application. Friendly, calm and supportive. We were without heating for few days. Didint need to wait for MCB too long. Knowing that we have a newborn at home MCB helped us ASAP. Been with us till the end and looked after all works. Instalation done by Lucas who did all in one day, was fast,clean and also professional. Lovely to have good experience and looking forward for few extra jobs.

Marcus is conscientious and honest. He will do what he can to solve problems, urgently.

Having been let down at last minute I needed someone to service my boiler ASAP so I could keep my warranty valid seeking help I reached out to Facebook and someone recommended this company he contacted me straight away and booked us in the very next day and I was more than happy with the price, I wasn't home when they came but my husband said he was a very nice guy who didn't mess around I will definitely be using these again.

Good customer service, friendly, professional. Installed new boiler and also managed to change main income valve at the same time when I asked as part of an addition.

We did have a slight leak after but they were straight back to fix.

Then engineers was very plight and helpful, explained everything they were going to do and I felt if I had questions to ask they happy to answer I happy to recommend the company to friends and family.

I have used MCB many times over the last 5 years and am really pleased with the quality and their work. Their work has included fitting a new boiler, changing radiators, annual servicing, sorting out blockages in the pipework and problems with our previous boiler. Marcus is very honest, hardworking, trustworthy, polite and friendly and I am delighted to recommend him.
