Amazing Pharmacy

Amazing Pharmacy - i order from them every few weeks to stock up on vitamins, always have the best revive active offers. Deliveries come within a day or 2 and if something is missing its clearly marked.
Keep up the good work.

Mccabes pharmacy dundalk terrible service been refused my own prescription but got it in another chemist no problem at all

Brought in a prescription today from my doctor after only been released from a&e if even 2 hours earlier after having a open wound surgery and the pharmacist a very arrogant and rude man refused to hand me over my prescription with no valid reasoning what so ever while i was in absolute agony with the pain from my procedure, i went to another chemist in dundalk and got the prescription given to me with no issues or no questions asked as it should be. Apparently the pharmacist in mccabes pharmacy has more knowledge over my own doctor on what i should or should not be prescribed after a surgery i found this very disturbing and distressing and hope he never puts another patient in a situation like that again. I would give no star if I could

I would give no star if I could, I have bought from them in the past and it has been great. I received an email from them, with a discount code for 10% due to the fact that I hadnt purchased from them, I placed an order and tried to use the code and it didnt work, I contacted them by email, no reply, had to contact them again, and eventually got a reply from Briza saying there is T&C in the codes sent to me, which I had no idea and asking me what my order was, and this person should have checked to see what my order was before replying to me. I fail to see why they send you a code if T&C on the codes and they dont inform you of this. Not a great customer service and not a great way of trying to get the customer to return to purchase, I wont be purchasing again.

Has to be the worse customer's service…

Has to be the worse customer's service . Extremely unprofessional .So I got sent my parcel without the tan and a note inside saying I had to apply for the refund myself .why if it's not in stock could I even order it . I've was told they would resend it out to me didn't happen I've asked for a refund it will take five to ten working days . seriously this is going on over a month absolutely disgusting . But I will get my money back one way or another. Do not buy from this website judging from other comments these people have been bucked out of there hard earned money as well .

Dreadful customer service - no refund received

Dreadful customer service - no refund received.
Made an online purchase on the 9th of February for 4 items.
Paid in full online using my one4all card.
Items shipped on the 10th of February and delivered on the 13th of February.
Upon arrival only 2 of the 4 items were shipped.
A note was in the delivery from a member of staff called Leah.
It stated 2 items refunded.
No refund has yet been received.
I emailed McCabes and also called numerous times(no answer and mailbox full??)
To date I have received no refund nor have I received any reply to my emails.
This is a totally unprofessional and unacceptable way to run a business.
If I do not receive a refund in a timely manner from date of posting this review I will be escalating this further.

I ordered 14 December and was charged…

I ordered 14 December and was charged in full when the package arrived there was a handwritten note in it saying one of the items I ordered was not included as order was for 2 types of antihistamines, compliance issue, item would be refunded. Four weeks later no refund and no reply to my three emails apart from one auto reply . Very disappointing service

Disappointing service - never got refund, will have to request manually

I ordered two items in mid December and was charged for both, when the package arrived a few days before Christmas there was a handwritten note in it saying one of the items I ordered (and which it said was in stock on the site at the time of ordering) was not available. As this was an item very specifically requested for a gift this left me with no time whatsoever to get a replacement. The note also said I would be refunded for this item, which almost four weeks later has still not happened. I know its Christmas and things are crazy but I would have expected for my refund at least to have come through without me having to call/mail in to request it specifically, which I'll have to do now. Very disappointing service.

Don't order online - very unreliable service.

We ordered Revive Active here for the office on 16th November, the money was collected 17th November. 13th December and still no sign of our order. It's near impossible to get hold of anyone on phone - we have left at least 4 messages and sent about 8 emails at this stage - most left unanswered. Finally we get a reply - no apology to say An Post collected order but never delivered etc. No apology or accountability. Total waste of time - we would have been better off giving business to local pharmacy. Lesson learnt - don't use McCabes pharmacy online.

I ordered 9.011.2022 from pharmacy 3 bottles x 360 ml ,Vizulize contact lens solution , but they sent me 2 bottles , I wrote an email every day in 2 days, they finally answered, they said that they would send one more bottles of solution, but they didn’t send anything.
19.10.2022 I emailed again and asked for a refund but haven't received any replies yet.
Fast delivery, good product.
The costumer service is awful!
I’m not recommend ordering online .

The costumer service is awful!
I haven't got the delivery for weeks paying for vitamins €75 it took me nearly a month to get this sorted still waiting for the refund. I would not recommend home delivery. NEVER!!! Only collect in the shop.

Extremely unprofessional service

Extremely unprofessional service. Visited in the summer for a cholesterol test which I had pre booked. The girl conducting the test had no clue what she was doing and after two failed attempts to take the blood sample and get results she told me she had never done any test previously and was unsure if the result was a machine error and she would contact the suppliers and let me know the following day. Surprisingly no one ever contacted me. It is discraceful that a pharmacy can offer this service on their website and social media and have no idea how to provide the service. It is obviously a money making scam to get customers into the premises
Also I arrived in time for the test and was told to wait outside as the pharmacy was not open although I arrived s per my pre booked slot. Avoid this chain store if you want any health advice or checks. Would avoid in future for any other pharmacy needs due to this experience.
