Don’t know if this process could be much easier. I ordered online at 8am oil delivered at 2 pm that day no hastle atall . Driver worked away himself

Great service
Been using this company over last number of years. I use their savings plan which is great idea and get weekly update on transactions. I’ve never had problems with ordering or delivery. Office lady always very friendly when ordering. Great service and will continue to use it.

3 Days for delivery, incorrect info on website. No opology
Ordered online. Later that day inside my order profile it said out for delivery. Never came. Next day I emailed asking when it was coming and that I had stayed home for nearly 2 days as I was expecting it to come due to the message on the system. Eventually came back saying it would be delivered the next day, no time given and said I'd get a call when someone was on the way. Never got a call. Anyway it came but if you're in a hurry or expect good customer service or a website that gives correct information I would avoid in future.

Just for clarification; you ordered on a Wednesday afternoon, your order was delivered on the Friday as per the instructions sent in the email. Apologies the driver didn’t call before delivery as you had been instructed he would.

Simple & straightforward website. Ordered oil & it was delivered the very next morning. We’ve dealt with Mc Caughey Fuel for years, the quality of their home heating oil & customer service has always been top class.

Savings plan
I love that I can have a savings plan with McCaughey fuels. I can log into my account and change the amount that I save whenever I want, & I can also place my order via my online account. Delivery is always within 1-2 days. Drivers are polite and helpful.
