We purchased my engagement ring and our wedding rings from McCaul's. Their jewellery is beautifully hand-made and individualised.
Sarah patiently and skillfully answered all of our questions. Took the time to ensure the design, finish and fit were perfect before allowing the purchase to be completed.
No hard sell included!
It's nice to have found an independent jewellers who provide individual designs with a personal touch.
We will definitely be back and cannot recommend McCaul's enough.

40th Wedding Anniversary
I live in Canada and decided to give McCaul's Goldsmiths an opportunity to make a ring for my wife to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. I was extremely happy with the whole seamless experience. I selected a ring from the Arris collection (pink sapphire with two pink diamonds). The ring itself is like a modern piece of sculptured art. The smile and look my wife gave me when she opened the jewelry box was priceless.
Thank- you Sarah and everyone involved with making this possible for me and my wife. It will be a moment that we will both treasure forever.

We love McCaul’s in Exmouth market. My husband and myself bought our wedding rings from here - and we have also bought other jewellery too. The service is kind, thoughtful, patient and very insightful … and the rings and necklaces are beautifully crafted with wonderful artistic designs - I get so many compliments when I wear them. We also regularly take our jewellery back to be cleaned or resized (we’ve been customers for over seven years) and we feel very proud and privileged to have found such wonderful and talented people.
