I placed an order on the 2nd May and i am still waiting for it! I have sent 4 emails chasing and not had one response. I have tried tracking and it all i can see is 'order on it's way' status. I am so disappointed. They were quick to take my payment but i have nothing to show for it. Don't know what to do! I would never order from this company again!
I ordered a foot ball and pump.
Received the pump, but never got the ball. The pump was just a tag on purchase, it was the ball I wanted obviously 🤣
Customer service is, if you can get a response at all, just, "our team will look into it." Then because the conversation is only kept for 24h, the process begins again. Until you give up.
