Misleading shipping options & poor customer service
I asked for express shipping because it didn’t show on the website. I paid £30 for shipping, assuming it would be express, and even emailed the company before paying to confirm. They only replied after the item was sent, saying I hadn’t paid for express — even though there’s no option for it on their site.
I feel the shipping options are unclear and the customer service unhelpful. I ended up paying for expensive shipping but only got regular delivery, with no resolution offered.

Everything was great
Everything was great. I had made a small error and they called me to see if that's what I meant to do and fixed the order before shipping. The parts got here quick as well. Everything fit nicely and I've got the assembly I made with them on the car and ready to race.
