Had great service but was disappointed with not getting my voucher by email, I had to pay extra money to have it posted. Think this should be an option on your website for the future.

I ordered an item that was not in…
I ordered an item that was not in stock, in fact it was discontinued. This is not the first time this has happened with this store and my family. The online content is not up to date and it's frustrating. The only reason I'm giving 2stars is because the customer service was quick to provide a refund.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Ordered 2 gold Jayne lamps which were dispatched the day I paid for them. They were really well wrapped, no fear of damage in transit. I will definitely order from McGreals again...and again!
