False Advertising Emails Ignored
Ordered 3 vapes from here. The photo of the products show 2% nicotine however the products they sent me did not have the nicotine strength on them. Two emails ignored asking them to replace the vapes with the ones advertised. I've complained to Trading Standards. Either they have sent me vapes with no nicotine, or they are breaking TPD laws by not listing the strength of nicotine on their vapes. However, given my anger levels whilst vaping one of their vapes I can pretty much say that there is no nicotine in these vapes and they have falsely advertised their products.
