Website is very confusing, I'm trying to add Indiana license for Appraisal CE and I ended up on Real Estate Sales Licensing site. I have no idea if I added the Indiana Appraisal License or not, but I don't think I worked. Why is this website so confusing? This is not the McKissock I use to know!

Many years of being a McKissock customer, I am mostly satisfied with the experience.
I do have to comment that the course on Bias and Fair Housing this CE period was one of the most miserable classes I have ever taken, in 36 years. The video which took over 30 minutes of my time, which stated the information was critical to the final exam (and said exam had exactly 1 question about the video presentation), was way out of line. The "Woke" attitude and emphasis on creating a new type of value, was something I cannot and will not get behind.

I attended an online USPAP class today, and the instructor stated that we would not receive credit unless we downloaded the USPAP book from The Appraisal Foundation’s website. When I attempted to do so, the discount code provided by McKissock did not work, so I contacted their customer support for assistance. Support informed me that the book was not required to complete the course, which directly contradicted what the instructor had just told us.
While I was messaging the instructor for clarification, the class was abruptly cancelled, and the live feed was shut down. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional on McKissock’s part.

Absolute Worst Continuing Education Experience
This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional CE experiences I’ve had.
The course initially linked us to the wrong books for download. Neither the instructor nor the moderator knew how to resolve the issue. There appeared to be no troubleshooting process in place and no clear understanding of how to correct the problem.
After waiting while they attempted to figure it out, I personally called the Appraisal Institute. The representative there immediately provided the correct link and access code to download the required materials. Once the instructor confirmed we could do that, I shared the correct information with the class and with the staff member who had been assisting me. Several participants were finally able to access the books because of this.
Despite the issue being resolved and multiple attendees successfully downloading the materials, the class was abruptly canceled and we were told to “just take it online” if we needed credit that day.
That response was dismissive and unacceptable.
Many of us waited over a month to take this live course. I specifically registered for the moderated live format due to a learning disability — I need to hear the material presented and interact with an instructor to fully grasp the content. A self-paced online version is not an equivalent experience for me.
Canceling the class after attendees solved the issue themselves — without acknowledging the time already invested — reflects a lack of professionalism and accountability. The technical issue was not caused by participants, yet we bore the consequences.
I would strongly encourage improvements in moderator training, technical preparedness, and participant support before offering this course again.

I do not like the module format. Not able to go back and review information in each video rather have to go back and watch/listen to the whole thing and to not like that you cannot go at your own reading pace and some people learn better by reading the information rather than listening.

OMG! Finally a REAL USPAP class! Made me think…not just a fair housing lecture where I had to answer the way they wanted me to answer just to get through the class! Congrats on designing and offering a USPAP class with real challenges and real learning! I was impressed!

It was wonderful to go at my own pace and take time to read and review questions.

Having terrible time navigating the USPAP class. All other classes worked well and are completed. I can not get any help after several request.I have gone through the first chapter so many time I could have completed the course, but it does not let me get to the summary it remains locked. This is the only class I need to finish required CE. Very disappointed i have always used McKissock in past withour problem.

McKissock's new Dashboard and student tracking system is excellent. I can see how many hours I've taken and how many I need for renewal right on the Dashboard instead of going to my State's REA website and having to figure it out manually. Very convenient.
