We were very happy with the services provided by McMahon & Partners.

As we moved from Germany to London for the first time, the process of searching for a home and completing all the necessary paperwork initially felt quite daunting. However, McMahon made the entire experience smooth and straightforward.

Our agent, Serwan, conducted a detailed viewing via video call, shared all relevant information upfront, and guided us seamlessly through the contract process.
We were particularly impressed with:

1) The thoroughness and professionalism of the paperwork and inventory check conducted by McMahon, which ensured fairness for both the landlord and the tenant.

2) The prompt resolution of minor issues in the property by Louise, the residential manager, who was highly responsive and efficient.

Overall, we are extremely satisfied with both the property and the service provided by McMahon & Partners, and we would highly recommend them.

We switched to MaMahon after poor service from our old company, and at first everything was great. But about 18 months in they just stopped replying to emails from tenants and owners (worse for tenants). This has gotten so bad that they have jeopardised property sales by not giving the required information, even after charging extortionate amounts to prepare it!

Nothing gets done in the building and when they do send out repair/maintenance team, they are unqualified handymen who don't know what they're doing and make a huge unnecessary mess of issues. We had a leak which was attended to by a lovely man who told me he was a trained pharmacist just helping out his brother! It's unfathomable

I’ve just finished a year as a tenant with McMahon & Partners in one of their properties. I found them, and in particular Louise from their property management team, very professional throughout, quick to deal with issues and very responsive. Much better experience than I had with another lettings agency in my previous property.

Camron is very friendly and helpful. He helped me to book a view of the property very quickly and attend on time. He is very professional in introducing me to the equipment and other things I need to know about the property.

Got an appointment within hours on a Saturday, great knowledge of the area / local market. Thank you

I have not rented but I can comment on my flat search. They were very responsive, helpful, and professional. They would send prompt updates if new viewings became available and they would always pick up when I called.

I recently had the pleasure of working with McMahon and partners in London, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service they provided. From start to finish, the team at McMahon and partners demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and a genuine commitment to helping me find the perfect property.

McMahon and Partners managed the letting of my flat for over 5 years and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. They are a small, friendly and expert team. They made renting out my flat very easy and I was also very pleased with their fair and professional approach- important for landlords and people renting. They gave me great advice, looked after my flat and the renters and their rates are very competitive. I received a fantastic service from this local business

The day before the delivery of the flat, I hired the Cleaner service which used to perform periodic cleaning service there. On the next day, day of delivering the flat, I invited Camron the employee of McMahon to make an inspection with me but he told me he was ‘out of time'.
Since the beginning our agreement was that I would receive the holding deposit in up to 7 days. Then after 11 days without they answering the phone , I had to go back to London just tu solve that. Finally they charged me in £810 to clean a fla that was clean and even more they accused me of stealing things from the landlord without any proof of that. THEY aren’t trustworthy.
I DO NOT recommend McMahon & Partners to my family and friends or anyone!!!

When I decided to sell my property I was looking for a local estate agent not part of a big chain and came across McMahon and Partners. Very pleased with the entire sales process, from initial valuation to completion of sales. Sean and the team, especially Cameron are very knowledgeable and kept me posted throughout the process. Viewings were arranged at times convent, including weekends.

Overall I would highly recommend McMahon and Partners for sales and lettings.

The agency assisted us from the very first moment and any concern around the flat itself was immediately taken care of. Sokda was our point of contact, and she made the move-in for us very smooth. She was supportive throughout all stages of the move-in and always very kind and welcoming.

Jake was the agent who helped with the viewing and every single member of staff at McMahon is brilliant! They’re all super super super understanding and helpful. I usually liaise with Louise and she’s very polite. It’s SO important to feel peace at home in a hectic place like london and the agency, along with the landlords are quite easily one of the best in london. I have NEVER had an easier experiencing renting in london before them. They truly treat their tenants with a lot of respect and genuinely care about the well-being of the tenants. I spoke to Sokda today and she is such a lovely lady.
I cannot recommend this agency enough. Very professional, with a lot of empathy and understanding. I renewed my tenancy simply because of the mental peace this agency ensures by clear communication, great work ethic, and timely responses.

As a part-time real estate professional from Germany, I can appreciate Camron and Louise's work very well. Both are absolutely reliable and respond promptly to emails and calls. Highest level of professionalism. Camron was very well prepared during the viewing and explained the building and the flat in detail.

Agent didn't turn up as he got the time wrong. He did then come over to the flat then Informed us that the flat had a tenant and we couldn’t view . A very unprofessional and frustrating experience and the agent seemed to have no awareness of how far us travelled and my daughter taking time out of work.

We liked the flat and it’s spaces, also it has a great view from the 20th floor.
