I recently worked with MCM and the whole process was a positive experience. The team were professional and clearly knowledgeable about what they do. Communication was smooth after I signed up and they were responsive throughout, they took the time to understand exactly what I needed rather than offering a one-size-fits-all approach.

The quality of the booklet was excellent and matched the expectations we discussed at the beginning. My business has received various referrals as a result of my company being in the booklet,
I would not hesitate to continue working with them in the future.

Smooth talking sales pitch.

We agreed on a single payment to cover two years. One year later, they sent me another invoice ( this is despite me asking them a month prior to ensure that there was no renewal cost

The media and service they sell is not worth the paper it's printed on - In reality as other reviewers have pointed out, the cards are not visible to any patients, and we have not seen a single inquiry from them .

It genuinely is not worth paying for.
Been with MCM for 2 years and whilst we have not had any problems with communication, the issue is with the product.
We paid over £2000 to have our advert on an appointment card for 2 years (our choosing).
The issue is, the surgery do not issue out appointment cards! They have 100's of them sat in the back storeroom and they throw the new arrivals in the bin.
We have physically been to the surgery to do some after market research to discover this.
To make the process viable to spend on, the practices have to hand out the cards and unfortunately MCM are not in control of this.
Theory is good, but in practice, it does not work. Throwing money away for most businesses.

I get reminders to order more appointments cards. The process to order is very easy. Would recommend.

They have been providing us with our appointment cards for a few years now and we are always happy with their service. They always remind us to order which is often forgotten by us. The appointment cards are also very good quality.
