I ordered a wallet over a month ago and have not received it. Website says order number does not exist. USPS say it arrived in Chicago but nothing after that. Where is my wallet?

From starting the ordering process of the bag until receiving it, everything went smoothly and correctly. Ordering the bag was simple, well packaged and protected it arrived within 2-1/2 weeks, it is exactly as described AND well made. I love it and will order from mdbm again sometime.

I love the bag I purchased. It was sent quickly, the color was the same as the picture and the quality is very good. A well made bag, as I would expect for the price which was responsible.

The wallet I ordered is such great quality. The leather is soft and the tan color is so pretty. The only problem was the strap to close the wallet is a little short, but I was able to get it closed. And yes I would purchase it again.😆

I placed my order on September 10. It was charged to my credit card on September 11. It did not leave for shipment until September 15. However, I’ve yet to be able to track my order. The USPS is still awaiting receipt. I’ve asked for a credit until my order is traceable. If this does not happen, I will dispute the charge. The best case scenario would be to see the tracking info soon. I don’t understand why the charge was made so quickly after the order and not coinciding with the shipment.
I’ve been in contact with the company and the response is always to be patient, but it’s not thier money!

HORRIBLE QUALITY CHEAP LOOKING AND ZIPPERS ARE CHEAP looking. the coin small purses dont appear like leather pleather.
looks cheap and fakes or knockoffs .

I have given this two stars because I like the colour and design of the handbag although I should give it less because they claim it is real leather when it is not leather at all. In saying that, I would still have bought the handbag anyway (at a lower price) but feel quite cheated that they mention many times in their advertising that the bag is made of Napa leather and yet when it arrives you can clearly see it is faux leather. I also got a special pouch for free to go inside the handbag. It is a very ugly pouch made of cheap and nasty material. I suppose if it really free then I can't complain but again advertising it as being worth $35 is an overstatement because I wouldn't buy this for $5 in a dollar shop.
In summation, the bag itself is nice, it arrived fairly quickly and easily but I am not happy they sell it as leather for over $100 when it is not.

It is taking a very long time to receive my bags. Please update me on the status.

I bought The Cholet bag and it’s fabulous! I was Concerned about spending the money for an online product but you did not disappoint! It’s beautiful, well made and worth every penny!!

I bought a bag and wallet. Neither are the soft leather as described. The insert for the bag is cheap canvas and quite ugly. I feel I've been ripped off and its my own fault! I'm not usually taken in by adverts. Don't fall for the classy images on the website. Customer service is cut and paste scripts, so don't expect satisfaction.

I was Happy with my electric blue soft leather purse. It’s a good size and nice to hold hand size. The reason I have given only 3 stars 🌟 is due to the Zips not quiet running smoothly and on a number of occasions I’m struggling to zip it up. Given it has 3 zips it’s a bit difficult if ur in a rush as they don’t always glide so well.

Love this wallet - it holds everything, 12 credit cards, cash etc and still stays slim and compact. The outside zipper space is convenient and the two zipper spaces inside allow for lots of safety. As always the leather is soft, buttery and beautiful.

The leather is soft; the stitching is perfect. It is large enough for my drivers license, credit card, lipstick and money. I like the exterior zipper pocket as it helps keep everything organized. I usually keep any change I may have. The zippers are sturdy and add a decorative interest. I love this little purse.
