M.D.C housing repairs department
I'm writing this review about mdc repairs department as someone has lost the plot at customer services,
I reported the fact that the bungalow at 20,medenbank Pleasley needs quite a bit of repointing to the brickwork around the place? I even took photos of all the areas and sent them by email to them, and after a while i received a message saying that they would come and do the work, and on the day that it was booked in two vans sat outside waiting for the heavy rain to stop?
After a while they came round the back and said that they can't repoint the wall near the cherry tree as it was raining.? I said that the repointing of the wall was done LAST YEAR, and showed them the areas that needed to be done, the men said they would report back to the office about it. I sent a email again saying what had happened and received a reply back asking if I could send the photos again as they couldn't find any record of them so I sent them AGAIN? after that i asked them to send a surveyor round because they couldn't find the photos AGAIN ? then i received a appointment with a inspector to come and survey the property who was very helpful and understanding?who's name is ADI
He took all the photos of the works required to be done, then not long after i went to the front door and there was a piece of paper saying that someone had been to do some tiling work on the roof and because there was no answer they could not do the job? BUT on the door there's a sigh saying please use the back door, so i complained about it, then i received a message saying that the repointing was scheduled to 12-10-23 AM so i cleared the area near the electric box so that there would have no reason not to do the work? Sat there until 12-00 then emailed M.D.C again and got a reply saying that the work has been rescheduled and all of the tenants effected have been sent a message? Well i never received one, FROM A VERY VERY DISGRUNTLED TENANT
