So again I'm gonna leave a bad review…

So again I'm gonna leave a bad review due to the fact my credit was with MDG was temporarily suspended. I received an email stating that I had credit that could be used even after I donated my broken furniture that was delivered to my house and left outside like it was some piece of junk by MDG delivery company they use. 1st off I will state again my furniture was lost and destroyed the 1st time I placed an order but all I was offered was like 100 dollars off my purchase. The 2nd delivery well that wasn't so good either the delivery company destroyed my stuff so MDG wouldn't take my furniture back or send me something else but they wanted me to take a deal that they think was great lol oh so let me keep my destroyed furniture and pay on it but it has rips and tears and the back of the couch felt flimsy as well. oh so maybe when people come over and sit on my so called new junk couch I should tell them it came frome MDG . I spoke to Damar who probably should not be in customer service and when I emailed him on several occasions he would only answer the emails he wanted to answer from me. So like I said before I was told to donate my furniture by MDG and my order would be canceled but too take away my credit was extremely unprofessional and childish on there behalf!!!!! I will keep bad mouthing MDG UNTIL MY CREDIT IS RESTORED!!!!! PEOPLE BECAREFUL ON WHAT YOU BUY AND MAKE SURE YOU DON'T DEAL WITH A DAMAR WHO ACTS LIKE HES UR BEST FRIEND THEN DOESN'T WANT TO HELP YOU OUT WHEN YOU REALLY NEED ASSISTANCE. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS UR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's great to be able to access these…

It's great to be able to access these things but the interest is extraordinarily high as is the cost of shipping. I mean stick in basic snail mail if it means I save three hundred dollars. Customer service was great. The whole process was easy and user friendly. I'll be paying this off until 2045

Strong arms the customer when asked to cancel. Dont know what to think but strong arming isnt a nice tactic to take

I really dont know what is right and what is wrong. People say so many they are shady some say MDG is great. The signing up was easy and not too complicated but when I looked a couple days later confused as it said was going to make a mcro-deposit I emailed the person who was in my inbox letter and I get a call from this person who was from the beginning said we are looking for your down payment. I dont know. I told him I dont have any money I cant make it now. He kept on me its only $29 well some people dont have money at the drop of a hat. The pressure tactics continued until I said Cancel my order, Its not shipped and is within the buyers remorse timeline have every right to cancel. Oh its $29 and was trying to upsell me. He wouldnt listen I was out in public now there is gossip about me going around the building overhearing my side of the converstation. I couldnt get rid of him wouldnt cancel I ended up saying I will call you later. I called back this evening with a family member with me I called the number and left a voicemail that I want my order cancelled. I think something is up when I went through my whole account and it isnt giving me access to my signed documents and I have no way of accessing them due to the fact when I was finished no option to download the documents. I took screenshots of every page of the account with mdg as well as family member listening to me leaving a message as was listening in so I had someone who knew what was going on. Those last things dont seem right. I saw online used to be called arons or rent a centre. I dont know but seems keeping me from my documents I told him to cancel the order has only been today day 3. More and more is adding up to a shady company and my trust has almost bottomed out. At least i have screenshots of all of my online account and someone with me when I left the voicmail as well the call to their number will be logged and proof as my bill shows detailed billing logging the inbound and outbound calls. I hear some say they are wonderful some say are shady. I have every right to request cancellation of order not shipped and is within 14 days. I dont know which to believe I see so many reviews. I have done my homework and I guess is up to me but this phone call today really sent my trust indicator spiralling down to red alert. In the end I did sign it and yes I did order I am obligated but strongarming a customer isnt a good idea.

First they approved me than made me…

First they approved me than made me jump through all these hoops and turned around and denied me. What a waste of my time. I’d give them a zero if I could. Plus after checking I found they are way over priced and kill you with fees and interest. In the end I am glad they reneged because they are not worth it…. I’ll go with progressive leasing they rate much higher… In response to MDG. Perhaps you should be transparent about how you do business from the start. Instead of the having people jump thru so many hoops, never mind the constant phone calls. Instead of the old bait and switch….

Beware of this company

Beware of this company. They were wonderful at the beginning although they had VERY limited items. I did make a purchase from them but for some reason I am unable to access my account to update my payment source or see any payment details or anything else. All it shows me it my balance because I guess they locked me out. NOW they keep calling and calling when I am at work I guess to collect but if they would just allow me into my account they wouldn't need to be calling me. I think they are doing this to charge additional late fees and interest. I am only giving them two stars because they were great in the beginning and now I would really only give them one star. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY
