Scammers !!!!!!

So this company are scammers lowest of the low avoid like the plague there now called Cozynest living they change there name when all there customers are on to them had numerous nasty vulgar phone calls and video calls off this horrible person and even changed where he was making these vile disgusting so called sofas do not buy anything off them there wrong uns end of !!!!!!!

Avoid this fake company.

Not delivered until 10:40pm. Absolutely crap, nothing like the sofa I ordered, the ad photograph was a completely different sofa. Not sewn properly, no support underneath, gaps everywhere, no padding on the arms just wood and material. No springs just pieces of wood. Its a counterfeit sofa. I paid for a 3 seater and got a 2. When trying to contact them they ignored all phone calls and emails. Do not order from this FAKE COMPANY!

Follow up review- ignored again. Avoidant of return and refund

I’m back with an update from a few days ago and unfortunately, things have gotten even worse.

I asked for a return and refund on Saturday 26th July. We’re now at 12 days since this being agreed.

After being ignored regarding the return and refund of the incorrect size and poor-quality sofa and footstool I received, I was finally told that the issue would be resolved on Tuesday 5th or Wednesday 6th August. I rearranged my entire schedule and took more time off work to be available for the collection.

What happened?

Nothing.
Once again, my calls and messages were completely ignored.

By late Wednesday evening, I was finally told that someone could still come—as late as 10pm. I waited.
10pm has now passed. No one came. No updates. No apologies. And now… silence again.

I honestly don’t know how a company can treat paying customers this way. I’ve been more than patient, but I’m now left with:
• Furniture that is the wrong size and wrong colour
• A sofa that is poor quality
• No communication, broken promises, and now lost income from taking time off work

This is completely unacceptable and feels like deliberate avoidance.
I urge anyone considering ordering from this company to think twice. You’re gambling not just with your money—but with your time and peace of mind.

Overall an Aesthetically Pleasing Sofa

Contact: Good.
Received updates and plan of delivery.
Quality: The overall look is nice. The finishing could do with improvement. Maybe use the same colour zips as the fabric. It will look tidier.
Delivery: within the time frame on the day. Driver was polite. Asked us to check the sofa before payment. I requested to do bank transfer and they agreed, although initially was cash on delivery.
Took photos in situ once set up.
Product description: Good.
Comfort: slightly short on the seating depth, could do with being a deeper seat. (Would make a big difference). In 5ft2" so it's OK for me.
I ordered the Chesterfield design.
Overall: A reasonable price for an aesthetically pleasing sofa. Soft to touch material.
Customer service. After delivery I recieved a rude request to write a review - when I responded that they could ask in a more polite manner, I was treated to ....... Sure, and sarcastic way of asking for a good review. I have screen shots if they want to debate this.

Avoid Avoid do not order from these people. I was reading the wrong reviews as they gave me 2 different names. But these reviews are about right. We orderd sofa and chair and it never arrived sayin van had broken down on motorway and would be with us the next day Still nothing next day(as if a van load of furniture would be left on moterway) the only thing there's a load of is bul'xxxt then phoned me to say they can ring a different one that they were out of stock of the chair. One lie after another. The only good thing is. No money is paid up front ..don't part with money this company is a sham ..I'm glad they never bought it by the sound of some of the comments I've read here. AVOID PLEASE

Bought a light grey fabric model.For me personally this was an ok experience.
I was able to negotiate price which is always good imo.
Couch is ok, nothing amazing, solid, simple, material is good, breathable.
Pillows are ok, the filling is terrible. If you open to wash, they are full of foam like filling in a stitched up polyester like bag. The delivery was fine. I got to check the product before I payed, which imo should be mandatory.
All in all 370 for this couch + delivery was fine for me personally.

DONT NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

If i could give no stars then I would. Ordered sofa and everything up until delivery went smoothly. Delivery drivers came in, in a rush didn't unpack it and left. Upon unpacking it I realised one of the back cushions was missing leaving a gap and immediately contacted the head office on their WhatsApp and they asked me to take a pic so I did, I also sent a picture of what they sent me to show its meant to have 5 cushions and not the 4 I got. After several days of being ignored and sending questioning messages, I got told to 'wait' then blocked. I made do with the gap and then a few weeks after I took the covers off to wash, the foam expanded so much that the covers no longer fit on so I'm now even more out of pocket having to replace the foam cushions.. upon reading these reviews I can see that this has happened to quite a few people and this 'company' have a habit of trying to claim people are lying as there is no order number yet on the 'invoice' they send with your order and delivrry date there is no order number!. However I do have these screenshots of my order and delivery date and the pictures I've sent whilst trying to resolve the issue so these will be sent along with a report to the trading standards.

SCAM BE AWARE

SCAM BE AWARE! Bought a sofa from them, turned up and was the wrong sofa contacted them and they said it wasn’t them and have the screen shots with the number. Now blocked and can’t message and contacted on instagram and messages are being ignored still waiting on the correct thing to be ordered!! Has a response from them and they’ve now threatened to send people to the address of the order if I didn’t remove the review and have all this screenshotted for evidence!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Customer service at its finest 🤦🏼‍♂️

If I could give no stars I would these lot are absolute cowboys steer WELL CLEAR and listen to what folks are telling you on here if you don't wanna lose your money. Stitched my Dad out of his money and couldn't care less as there is Zero accountability with these clowns, they blame everyone else for their muck ups you only have to read how they respond to people's complaints on here to know who you're dealing with, the way they treat their customers is absolutely disgusting and they disappear once they have your money and won't answer you.
They'll come out with it was my fault as they have done everyone else blah blah blah but I wanted the right bed for him I ordered so much I even offered to pay to have this one sent back and I would have paid to have the correct one delivered so they can't even use that against me as my request was ignored (surprise surprise) The salesman (I use that word loosely is an idiot who is trying to make out he didn't even send me the bed although l've been talking to him for last 3/4 days and he arranged everything, how else did they get my address and know where to send the wrong bed) “fool” 🤦🏼‍♂️ he obviously made more money because he sent crap bed it made no financial sense for him to send me the proper one now he had nothing to gain by it as he’s made more commission than he would have by helping me out. Now surprise surprise he's thrown his dummy out of his pram and blocked and deleted me on watsapp and Facebook because he doesn't like me pulling him up on his mistake this is the kind of company you're dealing with don’t believe the decent reviews on here they’re probably paid for like the reviews on FB. Please save yourself the stress people it's honestly like dealing with children "Trustpilot please take this untruth they’ve told about us down boo hoo it wasn't us" I'm expecting all the same lies and nonsense “it’s cash on delivery you could have said no to the order” point is it’s very hard to see the order as they bundle it up outside your house offer no help bringing it in they’d blocked up the whole road so I paid them so traffic could get through I mean how hard is it to get the delivery right if they have 7/8 pics of the bed, confirmation of description and you’ve been arranging it for days?? By the time you drag it inside and out of the way they’re gone and so is your money when you realise it’s not what you ordered! Phoned delivery guy to tell him it was the wrong bed he said “I’m just gonna pull over and I’ll watsapp you for info” and that was the last I heard from him he blocked me, great customer service. I could go on and on but I can’t be bothered as I tried to reason with them and pay to exchange but just lies lies lies!! Save yourself the heartache go elsewhere the worst and rudest firm I’ve ever had the misfortunes of dealing with!!

The latest update is I’ve had this fella messaging me after ignoring me all day and blocking me because he’s upset about my TP review (finally got his attention though) saying derogatory things about my girlfriend, Mum and Sister (an absolute child) and telling me he’s going to sabotage my FB page and other social media sites I’m not even on 🤣🤣 clown 🤡 subsequently he told me he has 1000000 Facebook accounts make of that what you will?! I had a very bad experience with MDS Crafts Ltd and would strongly advise others to be cautious. After placing an order, I received no confirmation email, no tracking info, and absolutely no customer service response. Their website looks legitimate at first glance, but something definitely feels off. It’s been weeks and still no product, no refund, and no way to reach them.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! Wrong model of sofa delivered.
When I tried to get in touch they blocked me and when I tried to call from another number they hung up as I wanted to speak with manager and block that number too.
Absolutely horrendous experience!
I would not recommend even to my enemies!!!
I will be taking this matter further as customer service care it’s not in their dictionary!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! I have ordered my sofa… priced at £340 and when it came to booking it in he said it’s £399! So straight away trying to do me over , even thou I had a screen shot of the advert.
Then when it got delivered it was a different sofa to the one on pic. Colour was the same but after they dropped it and I unpacked it I realised. Called back and not a swear and blocked my number.
Cash in hand so you can see where this is going. Absolute hate people like this. He’s lucky he’s not local to me.

Extremely Disappointed - Fraudulent and Unresponsive Service!

I recently ordered a sofa from MDS Crafts, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Not only did they deliver the wrong sofa, but they also took my payment (cash on delivery) without any issues. After receiving the incorrect item, I tried to resolve the matter by reaching out to them multiple times via both of their listed email addresses info + admin and their WhatsApp number (Head office) but received no response whatsoever.

In an attempt to escalate the issue, I called their customer service, only to find that they had blocked my phone number. To make matters worse, after I've contacted them on their social media platforms, I've been blocked there too preventing me from getting any further assistance.

This is not just poor customer service, but a clear attempt at fraud. I’ve been left with a sofa that I hate and out of pocket, with no way to communicate with them or get my money back.

I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this company. Their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability have been infuriating, and it seems they are actively avoiding any responsibility. At this point, I will be taking further action if I do not hear back from them soon.

Once again....Avoid at all costs!

Accusing my review of being fake is both incorrect and dismissive. This was a real experience, and I took the time to share it honestly.

I’m not the only person who has had a negative experience — the number of similar reviews here speaks for itself. Rather than trying to discredit genuine feedback, it might be more productive to focus on addressing the issues being raised.

I stand by everything I wrote.

I’ve provided both my telephone numbers and email addresses and still nothing???

We only operate on a Cash on Delivery basis, where every customer is given full authority to inspect the product before making any payment. If the wrong sofa had been delivered, the customer could have simply refused to pay and returned it on the spot — no payment is ever taken without approval.

Additionally, we do not block genuine customers. If a customer has an issue, we always resolve it fairly and quickly when valid order details are provided. In this case, the reviewer has not shared any proof of order, invoice, or delivery information.

We kindly request Trustpilot to remove this review as it does not reflect a genuine purchase from our business and appears to be a false or mistaken post likely related to another seller.

Poor quality, sofa completely faulty, awful customer experience

Had a sofa delivered at the beginning of May. Didn’t use it for a week as we had to get rid of our old sofa.
Within 2 days of setting up, cushions had lost shape.

Sent a message via WhatsApp, they asked for proof, sent it over and they ignored the messages. Chased up multiple times, only to be ignored. Further issues now as the fabric under the bottom cushions have become detached and staples have pulled away, so there’s no longer any support.

Have sent follow up queries to WhatsApp to find messages won’t deliver (can only assume my number has been blocked.)

Have messaged on Instagram and also email this evening so will await a response (hopefully.)

If not, will be pursuing legal action.
