We used this platform to create a QR code for an important business project and printed thousands of cards based on their service. At the time of creating the QR code, there was absolutely no mention that ads would be displayed when people scanned it. Now, after distributing the cards, users are being directed to a sketchy-looking page with unclear buttons, making it seem like a scam. This has caused us to lose trust and credibility with our customers, and we’ve had to stop distribution entirely.

The customer support has been incredibly frustrating. Instead of addressing the issue or offering a real solution, they keep pushing me to upgrade to a paid plan—completely disregarding the damage their service has caused to our brand. Even after raising the concern multiple times, they’ve refused to take responsibility or help fix the issue.

I strongly advise others to avoid using this service if you care about your brand’s reputation. Their focus seems to be on making a quick profit rather than providing a reliable service. Very disappointed.

I had a great customer service and I got all my questions answered.
The only problem is that when I created the qr at first with the free account it worked normally and we didn't see the adds. That is only now visible and the only way to remove them is to get the premium. Wish we knew that in advance to manage our budget.
