As a loyal customer who has shopped…

As a loyal customer who has shopped here for years. I have to say the recent customer service has been terrible. Unhelpful and unwilling to exchange an unused dress that still has the tags and packaging. Very disappointing.

Adding an update. Denise has been very helpful via email and has agreed to exchange my item. Thank you, I appreciate the prompt assistance to resolve this matter.

Lovely T-shirt

Lovely T-shirt, will only purchase online with this brand, the customer service in your Notting Hill shop is appalling.
In the current financial climate, Me + Em should be careful to choose their employees that offer a respectful and welcoming service.

Recent convert to Me+Em

I'm a fairly recent convert to Me+Em. Yes, the prices are more than I would have usually paid but the cut, quality and sizing absolutely makes up for this. Obviously a huge amount of attention to detail has gone into their clothing - nearly every item I've tried on is super flattering.
They also have an a highly convenient (free) returns procedure.
An excellent company that puts quality of their products and customer service forefront. 👌

Recently discovered this lovely brand

Recently discovered this lovely brand, and quickly visited website to make purchases for several dresses. Love the tailored styles, details, pockets and quality fabrics and construction. It would be a five star experience rating , but because I called customer support to determine how to order a dress that I wanted from the catalog, after not seeing it on the website, I was told that my size was available in one of the stores and someone would reach out to me directly , which did not happen. Otherwise, love my new dresses and have recommended your company and clothes to countless friends.

Stunning Dresses

First time I have ordered from ME+EM and dresses did not disappoint. Both beautifully made and excellent fit. Good communication throughout process and delivered quickly. The only reason I gave 4 stars were because I thought the way the dresses were packaged was poor. They arrived in a plastic bag and no signature was required. Fortunately I was in for both deliveries but one got stuffed into our post box! Not how I expected a silk dress to arrive. Even Zara uses boxes! Maybe a bigger order and they'd be boxed but I try to eliminate over ordering to save unnecessary returns. Having said all that I am delighted with my purchases, they are excellent quality and stylish and exactly what I was looking for.

All round amazing

I am fairly new to ME+EM after entering into their Edinburgh store though I've been a fan! Their products are stylish, on trend but also classic. My recent purchase is an orange cashmere short sleeve sweater. It's beyond gorgeous! I will try and be a devotee, especially if I get back to work after two years out caring for my 91-year old Mum! Hold me back!!

Customer Dissatisfaction

I am a loyal customer but am extremely disappointed in the lack of care, consideration and help offered after receiving a faulty item. I only discovered it yesterday when ironing the dress ready to be packed for an overseas wedding next week. There were cuts in the material in the top layer underneath the arm and along the seam which cannot be repaired.The dress is no longer in stock so no replacement can be offered. Customer service asked me to provide photos and they would take a look. I told them of the urgency & that matching shoes, bag & hat had been bought with little or no time left for me to find a suitable replacement for an alternative outfit. Today I received an email simply providing me with a return label telling me to return the dress for a refund. Nothing else! I am extremely disappointed they’ve not offered to help in any way to alleviate the dilemma, upset and stress this has caused. I called them again today only to be offered a 20% discount for an item they knew wouldn’t be worn again, as it cannot be repaired. Very unsatisfactory. Their follow up response was for me to return the item so they can send it back to the manufacturer so, I presume, they can claim back the cost for themselves. They didn’t offer any help whatsoever in helping me find another suitable dress nor the offer of any sort of price reduction on a replacement dress, if there was one suitable, to help with the dilemma they have caused me. It would have been hugely helpful and appreciated but no assistance was offered at all.
I am amazed an expensive item was not quality checked before being sent out. It would have saved so much upset. I have no choice but to return the item which now leaves me high and dry. They have now lost a loyal customer and I will be returning a number of items I purchased in store in March for a refund. The level of customer service is shocking.
For a company to be more concerned about them returning the item to the manufacturer for recompense for a faulty item, than helping a customer is, in my view, distasteful especially for a company which prides itself on quality and care. To me, it shows a company ethos that is lacking in customer care and satisfaction and a lack of pride in their brand and reputation. What a way to conduct business especially in the current economic climate where consumers have less buying power and are more careful how and where they spend their money. This is a more high end retailer who has just lost a very loyal customer. Very sad.

I live in Canada and really appreciate…

I live in Canada and really appreciate the shipping and return process and especially the size guide tables which give actual garment and shoe measurements which for me better assures a good fit and almost eliminates the need for returns.

- the quality of products is very good and compared to other “high fashion “ brands, very well priced.

- I have one design disappointment. I am two different sizes, larger above the waist and slim through hips. This makes blouses and tops with gathered fabric at the top of sleeves make me look even more disproportionate.
Dresses are also a problem when getting the correct bust fit the dresses are nearly always way too voluminous in fabric in the lower half especially maxi dresses.
- also as an older woman I cannot comfortably wear mini dresses and need “just above the knee “ length at best, but have seen very few of them in your catalogue.
So to date I have yet to find a dress suitable for my proportions and length.
- purses need an interior zipper compartment please.
-I have visited several of your stores, most recently 5th Avenue NY. The staff there were very responsive and helpful , always a bonus to the shopping experience.
- could we get a store in Vancouver, Canada please !

A go to!

I absolutely love ME+EM. It's become the place that I go to for when I need to rotate out some key pieces in my wardrobe that are too old, no longer fit, I know I don't wear. I love love the work attire and those key casual pieces that I can dress up or down. I love that delivery service that I get to try on first before I buy. That's a go to where I'm unsure about a few pieces as they're a new look for me or about the size. Love it, get so many compliments and highly recommend!

Shopping with ME+EM is always a good experience. The app is well designed, there's good information provided (particularly with regard to model height so you can judge trouser length - and also the fact that trousers are long enough if you're tall!), delivery is reliable, quick and in sensible packaging, and returns are super easy.

Not everything I've bought ends up suiting me but it's always great quality and well designed.

The joys of shopping at Me + Em

Me + Em have a wonderful colour palette this year. I love the mix and match choices, providing endless flexibility.
Customer care in the shops is always warm and helpful.

I am petite and find lengths an issue. Some of the dresses and skirts have a finished hem that cannot be shortened, which restricts my choices. Trousers also tend to be long, but easier to shorten.

But the selection offered - from top to bottom - is excellent

I accidentally discovered the newly opened ME+EM retail store in Beverly Hills, CA, and I have been back four times! I just love the clothes. They are beautifully designed and the staff is wonderful and super accommodating. I am now going to bring a few of my friends there!

Edinburgh store - 5 star standout

Visited the Edinburgh store this week. They are so consistently excellent. Lovely shop, lots of stock and space to see everything. Great overall experience. Such a friendly team, make you feel at ease with great advice.
Of all the ME and EM stores and I have been to, Edinburgh would be standout store. Very well managed.

Me+Em a brand worth trusting

Me+em was a brand I had watched for a while. The style and esthetic drew me in and after receiving my first order I was not disappointed. The quality of the product speaks for itself in the fabrics , design and style. I had needed to exchange sizes and the process was seamless and very customer friendly. Me+em will be a go to for my wardrobe needs .
