This website is a scam, please avoid and report , there are no products, it's false, very heartbreaking and upsetting in the lead up to Christmas to place an order for your kids only to realise this is a scam,please take this website offline

Ordered a moon lamp back in December 2023 it arrived but to my horror there was a fault with it contacted the company who said to send a video which I did they said they needed to consult with their technicians that was over 4 mths ago have sent numerous emails and to this date still nothing not even a refund I'm gonna try my bank see what they say STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS

I ordered a custom 3D personalised moon lamp from this company on December 1/12/2023. The photo I sent to them to have put on the lamp was taken from a professional photographer. When they advertise their lamps the photo's displayed is the full size of one side of the
lamp. The one they printed on my lamp was so small it was hardly visible. I complained about this in January 2024 and I got an email stating I could have a refund or they would supply a new lamp. I chose a refund but has of today1st March 2024 still not received anything. After sending them many more emails addressing the refund on the support link. I get a reply with a ticket stating someone will be in touch and that's all that happens. I have even stated for them to send me a replacement lamp, but get nothing back. The reviews on these lamps are fantastic and I was
but get nothing back. The reviews on these lamps are fantastic and I was hoping to order more from them upon the great review. But everyone stay well clear from this company because you get no where with them. I'm extremely disappointed
How to write a useful review

Ordered two rings within the space of 4-8 weeks. Both snapped when contacted the company ignored all emails and messages. Do not recommend
Really poor quality & customer service

If there could less than 1 star I would’ve given that.
I placed my order on 1st and today is 25th and I still haven’t received my order.
There is no email update on delivery or tracking.
I have emailed thrice and they only reply saying we have received your email.
It’s a scam website. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

have to say i gave a really bad review for this web site with lots of feed back saying was scammed the lack of communication is unreal and genuinely gave up but it came after Christmas which was a little bit disappointing but it finally arrived and have to say it was spot on looks good but would i order from this site again if the service was better maybe and the communication lets this web site down lots

Don’t bother as I’ve had 2 where they totally ignored what I wanted and the replacement is still wrong . Go to Amazon they are half the price as well

Honestly if I could this no stars then I would. I waited long enough for this item to come as it was a Christmas present for my dad for his grandchildren. And it comes with completely a different picture to what I sent in and they don't even have a contact number for you to call.

Placed an order on the 8th December as a Christmas present and still waiting for it to get here. Emailed initially over a week ago to find out what was happening with the order as I hadn’t heard anything and all I got was a ticket to say they received my email and then an email saying it had been shipped. Thought that would be fine and would get it before Christmas but still hasn’t arrived and tracking for Royal Mail has sat saying they’ve been made aware of the parcel. Emailed today only to be told that the “Christmas guarantee” ended on the 5th which was never specified on their website otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered knowing I wouldn’t get in time and have also been told that I should give them 8-15 days for delivery. Royal Mail says it’s 48hr tracked and I’m still waiting. Quick enough to take the money out the bank but don’t want to actually provide a decent service that you would expect. Definitely won’t be using this company again.

i'm struggling to get information on something i ordered online 8 days ago.. no tracking information can't get a reply from my emails last delivery day is tomorrow b4 christmas and had no update

Disappointed ordered one of these lamps for my sister with a photo of her late husband, no delivery and no correspondence

I ordered a Moon lamp for a family member for Christmas on the 12th December, but still no parcel. I have emailed twice asking if the order has been dispatched and no reply apart from been given a ticket number.
I was hoping to get a lovely gift for my family member who is going through a very tough time, but looks like this will not be delivered now.
Think this is now a scam....absolutely gutted!!

Hi I ordered 3 off these for my children for Xmas. They came today after 3 weeks wait and I was totally heartbroken when I opened them,and the pic on there wasn't me. Am devastated. I have emailed,but haven't heard back yet,as these are no good to me

I ordered a moon lamp on the 11th Dec and I haven't had any confirmation it has been shipped despite the money going out my account straight away. I have also emailed several times and have had no response. I try tracking my order but it just takes me to a French page. So upset as this was going to be a gift for my Dad for Christmas. Any response would be really appreciated

Ordered 12 days ago for Christmas, w.ailed ro be told 4 to 8 days and still waiting. Disgusting service & shocking customer service.

Ordered ages ago!!! Meant to be a Christmas present. Tried emailing but obviously too busy scamming people to reply. So can't even get my money back!!!
