Clicked on ad too good to be true - 7 pairs of tactical work pants for 31.90 -- ordered on June 30 - tracking eventually showed a delivery on July 21 after I inquired about my order on July 18 but NOTHING had been delivered. Complained by email and was told to check with neighbors and ask Canada Post about the delivery. Canada Post policy is that it's the sender CHINA POST responsibility to find the package. Lodge a dispute with the credit card company and waiting for resolution. Meanloon keeps emailing different percentages of refund starting at 30% presently at 80% that I keep telling them FULL REFUND NOTHING HAS BEEN DELIVERED OR RECEIVED. Wish now I had read the reviews of Meanloon and I never would have placed a order .

I placed an order for pants on July 2, 2026 and as of July 27 I have heard nothing. When I emailed customer service they said my package was delivered. When I stated that I never received it they stated the date it was delivered. I explained I have security cameras and it does not show anyone making a delivery. They stated it went from the "China Post Office" to my town post office and speak to my post office. I attempted to educate them on how things get delivered and they responded saying they will give me 30% refund. I told them to keep their money and that I was going to file a report and have their company investigated. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM.

ordered jean box set they claimed it was delivered but never turned up. they offered refund but surprise surprise nothing from that either.

This company is a fraud, much like the country it represents.

I ordered 8 pairs of pants for $31usd. Received an email that they had been delivered but nothing has ever arrived. Contacted them through email and they couldn't or wouldn't even tell me who the local delivery service was supposed to be. Was offered a PARTIAL refund over a month ago but nothing has been returned yet. I recommend staying completely away from this company

The items i purchased never arrived. The tracking indicates the delivery was on June 25, 2026, but our camera confirms no deliveries were made on that day. Emailing the company yields no response. Search results yield no published phone number. Since my purchase the card i used had attempted fraud. This company is a scam.

I paid for an order onjune26 and I have not received it yet. I haven't even received any information about it. I truly feel this is a scam

They were having a promotion about cargo pants 8 for $31 . And I ordered × 2. They didn't bring the product and didn't refund my money. Don't let them fool you. Aviod at all cost. They are scammers. Thank you.
