Takes the guesswork out of grilling! I’m hooked.

First time user worked great and was a great gift

This is a great piece of kit. It takes all the guess work out of knowing if your meat is done. Set the temperature and desired amount of cooking and leave it to do its stuff. Time for a beer or a gin while it’s doing its job and take it out when it reaches temperature. It even builds in resting time.

User friendly app. Easy to get started. Perfect result. Highly recommended for everyone that spends time In The kitchen.

Order did not arrive one time. That being said, once it arrived, I gave the product an honest chance. It performs exceptionally. I've used it for 4 meals so far and the only disconnect I got was when the microwave was running and and base station stuck to the side of it. I tested it in the outdoor grill and had no problems with anything.

The accuracy to calculate the resting time to the exact point it would be ready worked!

Perfectly cooked medium rare steak all the way through! I will be buying this item for all my friends and family members who love to grill

Replacement Probe:
Be careful with the warranty on this product. When my probe cracked, they told me my new (6-month-old) probe was damaged due to the heat exceeding 1000 degrees. As much as I would like it to, my grill doesn't get above 700-800 (including flare-ups). If it breaks again, I'll happily try another company.

When I wanted to know some thing about the DUO they got back to me fast, not days or weeks. If I wanted to know some thing a week later I would wait till then.
I was really surprised how fast they responded back.
It didn't take that long to get it after I ordered it on January 22 at night and got it in My hands on January 28 in the morning. They sent it out really fast but the mail takes long than ups.

Great kitchen gadget, perfect roasts.

Original, I gave this product one star because it did not work. Took quite a bit of work with their customer service team but they got it fixed. They replaced the actual thermometer and then the box. They kept at until it worked. They were pretty easy to deal with and when they sent something it came quickly. Now that it works I love it. Awesome piece of kit to use while cooking.

The thermometer is by far my favorite kitchen tool now for cooking all types of meats to perfection. The bonus of having built in cooking guides in the app that tell you EXACTLY what to do to make perfect meet is next level.

Everything was great except lost connection 2 times during the 11/2 hour cook and I was within 3 inches of each other

My sister Ordered the meater plus from this website... it was sent to me through amazon and i was given one that has been opened then returned. Unbelievable
