Quality and healthy food!

i love ordering from meats2u but my account is always locked out!

i love ordering from meats2u, i have been since like 2018 however it is very annoying that ive had to make numerous accounts. i will have a account then randomly it will keep saying my password is incorrect so i will try to make a new one and the website will never send me details how to do so. so ill have make a new account and use that account for a while then once again it will randomly not let me log back in saying my password is wrong (when i know it is not) then itll never send me details how to change it. and i know you get discounts on tamales and other items so i am annoyed i can never keep the discont for memebers i always have to check out as a guest even tho i have years of receipts to prove i am a long time customer. besides that annoyance- the food is 10/10.

You are going to have to give us a call because under that name and under the email you have placed your only 3 orders on our website since November 27th of 2020, you have never had a membership with us, you have never had a subscription with us and we have not withdrawn any funds what so ever from your account.

Looks like you have made those 3 orders in the past 2 years with the email address you left this review with. I doubt you would have your membership under a competely different email but who knows, I could be wrong right?

So please give me a call because under this email you left the review with, the name that is tied to that email in our system when your orders were purchased, which is the same customer name and email you have placed your orders with. There is no customer in our system paying $6.95 for membership that was chosen to be paid.

Excellent sushi grade ahi tuna but delivery is very slow

This was our 3rd order. We love the sushi grade ahi tuna. This time we are also trying the Mahi Mahi. The only frustrating issue is the delivery. We live in Arizona so the delivery is 2 days. That's fine, but it doesn't get to us until almost 7pm! The delivery driver knows how to find our home now, but she picks the order up in Yuma AZ and drives it to our 45 minute destination without a cooler. The order this time was cold but definitely not frozen. Our temperatures are reaching 100+. With no cooler the meat won't be good by the time we get it .

Hi Sue. We use a 3rd party delivery service and once our product is out of our hands, it's up to the service to the get the product to you. If you would please take the time to read the sticker that is on the inside of your box when it arrives, you would find that your product is not going to arrive frozen most of the time. Hence, this time.

However... that does not mean the product is not going to arrive to you safely. On the website it also indicates that an Arizona delivery is a two business day delivery. We have no control as to WHAT TIME the delivery driver makes the drop. That is all contingent on that companies delivery route for your area.

Also, shipped without a cooler? If we shipped your tuna without a cooler, it would have gone bad a few hours after it left our location. It's a two day business delivery to you. It would have never made it without being shipped in a cooler. In all reality, your order could have arrived the following day on day 3 and your product would have been fine because of the disposable cooler we shipped your order in. It's meant to withstand an extra day if needed. Product will not be frozen but it will stay under 44 degrees in that disposable cooler.

Since we don't add water and or preservatives to our products, you can refreeze any of our products without damaging the taste, tenderness and or nutritional value of the product, unlike grocery store bought foods.

Next time if you have an issue, our phone number is on your invoice that came in the box. It's also on the sticker inside the box. It's also all over our website and there is even a live text chat service. We answer all of our calls and emails, we are here to provide the best service whenever possible.

Meat was not what it should have been

Meat was not what it should have been. I wanted diced chicken not ground chicken. Bacon was not as before a lot of fat.

We apologize if there was a mistake. That CAN happen and we are not perfect. We have real people packing these orders. We have attempted to contact you the moment you made this comment but until now... there has been no reply by you. All we can do is attempt to resolve the issue if there is one. Can't promise you we will never make mistakes but I can promise you as one of the owners that we will RESOLVE whatever issue there is once we here about it. Normally we don't hear about it on social media like this, the customer usually contacts us and gives us the chance to resolve the issue first. Inside your box your order came in, there is a phone number and email where you can contact us personally should there be an issue. Sounds like there was a complete mistake made in regards to the items you ordered and for that we apologize. However, that is an easy fix for us, just as long as we are made aware of it. The bacon I cannot do anything about. Bacon is bacon and the vendors we deal with are the main processors of the product. It's a preference thing. Some customers say there is not enough fat on the bacon because it's supposed to be fatty bacon and then we get a response like this. We will never be 100% correct but we do our best to please the masses. We will however go through our inventory and take a better look at our bacon now that you have brought this to our attention. We do our best to do quality control but again we are not perfect and may have overlooked something.
