Paldies par Jūsu augsto novērtējumu un labajiem vārdiem!
Straight forward
Overall the process was straight forward.
It would have been nice if early tracking informed about the state of manufacturing stage.
Also more control over delivery time would have been convenient.

Paldies par Jūsu atsauksmi. Mums ir patiesi žēl, ka saņemtais pasūtījums licis Jums vilties. Mēs labprāt vēlētos noskaidrot detalizētāk par piegādāto preci, tāpēc esam nodevuši informāciju atbildīgajiem kolēģiem, kuri tuvākajā laikā ar Jums sazināsies, lai pārrunātu situāciju.
