Could give 0 stars if could. Nothing much to say cause people already said everything in the comments. Just avoid MECHANUM!!!

Gave me the wrong service even after multiple mails back and forth, forcing me to pay twice because I have to get another service. Multiple mistakes on the service report such as checking rear windshield wipers when the car model doesn't even have those. Claiming the car is dirty when it was handwashed the day before. Claiming leakage but no report what is leaking. At least the toilets were top notch clean.

It what can be expected from a "certified workshop", no customer care for private customer at all, it's all about the "business customers", and over charging everything. Even if I try I can't find spare parts as close to as expensive as at Mechanum, that combined with a bad user expirience, with people stating they will call, but dont'...
They charged for a troubleshooting, fixed the problem, then stated that everything was ok, three days later the car breaks down again. The need 1 week to troubleshoot and promise to get back then. No one gets back, I have to call the for 4 days straight, but never reach anyone, just people in Gothemborg who can only dispatch the call to Malmö. Finally I get to talk to someone who after alla this mess, and a large bill to repair the car can give my a discount of 633 SEK ( about 3 %).
Been a trusty customer for 6+ years, with early service, but now it's over...Probably uninspired mechanics just doing as the book says, and management only caring for the business customers...

Do not take your car to Mechanum
Their team of repairing damages is the worst in the world led by Filips and Robert with no sense of customer care.
I request Mechanum management please look into my case.

If your car breaks down and it’s an easy fix but you have two options either get your car repaired by Mechanum or throw it off the cliff, throw it off the cliff!

Do not take your car to Mechanum Malmo, had a very bad experience with them. They broke my door and I had to even pay for running diagnosis for their fault.
Mechanum Malmo management is full of liars and crooks they cannot be trusted.
Their policy is customer is always wrong and they are always right.

Terrible experience of accident repair, ended up having more faults than I had before.

I was charged for work that they admittedly say they couldn't do. Its been more than a month and all I get is calls from people saying they will call me to explain. I take my car always to mechanum, have spent lots of money in service and repairs, not anymore

Everything goes well with work and services.

I wrote to Anders - that was over a week ago. The level of customer service continues not to impress me. No reply, no response.
As I wrote before, better to find another workshop.
