I accidentally input my address information wrong and I emailed them and got it fixed in practically 30 minutes. Service was quick, concise and amazing!

My Trimui Smart Pro just suddenly stopped working! So I contacted their support and this was after over a year of using the device but they still helped me out!

I had some complications due to my laptop software which lead to an accidental damage of the SD card Mechdiy sent me along with a miyoo mini plus.I then decided to reach out to mechdiy and explained my dilemma and they consulted with their technicians and determined that my SD card was damaged, but they offered to send me a new one without cost and organised shipping and delivery thank you so much mechdiy you guys are truly wonderful.I highly recommend buying from Mechdiy because they provide a variety of different consoles with the option of SD cards.

The TSP I ordered as a 256 GB surwish arrived at my home in about 10 days without any problems. I bought it as a report card gift for my 8 year old son. This made him incredibly happy. It works without any problems. It came with a Sandiks Ultra 256 GB SD card.

I recently ordered my first gaming handheld from MechDIY and it arrived promptly and without issue, however upon opening and setting up my new trim UI brick, I noticed that the included SD card appeared to have some issues.
