Mecool km6 ,do have problems to open video files from USB...one day it will open other not,for the product that coast around £100 its not good enough,some media files I can open on 10 years old tv but not on the mecool

Don't waste your money, worked ok for around 3 weeks now has a blank screen.
If you want to improve make something that lasts longer

The KM2 plus Deluxe was easiliy ordered with a nice rebate. Delivery was very quick and easy to trace. Package arrived well. Installing basic things were ok, coupling remote to TV was quick, though some functions needed a bit more attention. Nevertheless all works well. Ethernet port is realy fast in DL speed and UL around 100Mbit. The best would be to have 2 on/off buttons on the remote as you can either setup for TV (IR) or system (BT). Perhaps a workaround could be made for next update for the current remote.

The most bad shipping i ever deal with one month now and I didn't receive my order i bought from many companies I never had this this problem with shipping like yours and i will never buy anything from mecool again

MECOOL products are amazing! I have been using them for years now, I don’t think I’ll ever switch. I have had the KM2 since its release and it still works just as good as day one.

I ordered and received in a timely manner the Mecool Km2 Plus Deluxe Android TV box.
It works flawlessly and is easy to navigate thru the settings.
Great box, I plan on ordering another one soon.

Proyector arrived with crack on the screen and after 3 days use,it started showing white dots when proyected a black screen. No responses on clomplaining.

My 3 KM2 Plus work very good at streaming and sharing my collection on PLEX.
Wors good in 4K, HDR on Netflix, Amazon Prime and Youtube...

Bought Mecool KT1 to get the best experience from an updated chipset 905X4 combined with a DVB-T2 tuner... and we got abandoned with the initial firmware dated 2021 (and full of problems). Not a single update in 3 years, still stuck with Android TV 10, while others devices (also some older ones) have been updated to Android TV 12 over time.

Good technology, I'm happy, good reviews on the Internet. Good luck MECOOL, we are waiting for many new and good technology products.

I have a KM7 2 years old and working great. I really like Macool

non existent customer service emailed for help several times no response whatsoever, nice products as long as you do not have an issue. If you need a box pay the extra and buy nvidia shield pro best box and support I have ever had.

I love my mecool box it's fast and fluid has all the aspects you want in a tv box. Please keep releasing new products.

I have a KM6 deluxe but still running on andriod 10 .. OTA update from melcool has never worked in fact mecool does not update their products.. why why why ???? Come on Mecool ur devices are great but running old firmware is disappointing and definitely holding back customers from buying ur product.. GIVE US THE LATEST UPDATES

I love my Me cool box pro’s! The only big problem that I see is that their customer service department has a lot to be desired. They do not return their emails. I had a problem with a faulty HDMI cable that came with the 1st box and when I wrote to them they never responded. I had to go buy a HMII Cable. When I ordered the 2nd box and emailed them for the tracking number again they never responded. If you need help I guess you are on your own… POOR CUSTOMER RELATIONS!

The KM2 Plus Deluxe would be the best device I’ve ever seen for WiFi speed. If only the price could drop some it would take over Nvidia Shield as top box. I love everything about the Mecool plus D, storage, remote, ports and speeds.

Recently I got 2 boxes from Mecool and very happy with the products I got. For a few money I got excellent TV boxes - that is all a can say...
If I ever need a new TV box with no doubts I'll purchase a new Mecool product.

I checked out as a guest. Got sent the wrong plug for one device and the other device had a faulty remote control. Mecool refused point blank to replacements even after I gave them the address they were sent to. I've bought lots off them in the past I won't buy again ever!
