I paid for the call from a doctor. There was something wrong with the connection because the phone did not ring when the doctor called me. Med 24 decided to consider the phone call as taken place and refused to try to call me again or refunding the money. I am 70 years old and expect better treatment by medical services. Shocking.
Attention attention. It’s a big scam :
-fiesta they charge you a visit
- then you send them the prescription you need
- they make a mistake in the prescription which is useless for you, it’s too late, you felt in the trap of med 24.
- they refuse to refund you and keep you money while no service at all was provided.
