We ordered the products in Oct/Nov 2021... 3.5 months later, we still haven't received anything!
This company is branding themselves as a company which has developed “a fantastic solution-oriented system”, that it’s “easy and attractive” to use their benefit solutions, and finally that the employees of the companies (the customers) are the core of their existence.
It all sounds great… But unfortunately, none of it is true!
I - along with a lot of other colleagues - ordered products in October/November 2021. In small text, they said that we would receive the products in January 2022. However, now we’re almost in mid-February 2022 and we still haven’t had any sight of the products - and the worst part is that we do not have any opportunity to cancel the order even though I might not receive the products until the end of 2022.
Products can be delayed… that happens! But every time any of us contact them for information about the expected delivery date, a lady who knows absolutely nothing about customer service and who yells at the customers in the phone and who is being flippant in her emails, just says “you have accepted that you will start paying for the products even though you haven’t received the products” - yes, but absolutely no one said that we could expect not to receive information about the expected delivery date in case of delay. They just say: “we don’t receive information from Apple” as if she doesn’t understand that the most common questions from customers would be “when is the expected delivery date?” when they have ordered a product. When I asked for a number to contact Apple myself now that they wouldn’t do it, I was told, I was not allowed to but that she wouldn’t do it either.
It should never - as in NEVER - be the customers who end up with the problem. If you do not have an agreement in store with Apple with regards to expected delivery date, maybe you hit the market too soon and should develop your business to make sure you’re ready to deliver the services your promise before going live…
They say: “Our ambition is to become the biggest on the Danish market to offer employee benefits within the next few years”… Well, this will never happen when you cannot deliver the products…
To the companies who consider going with this solution: they might sell it well, but they do not deliver on their promises. I would NOT recommend this solution to anyone. I wish I had bought the products in a store instead. At least then I would have been able to count on the bigger - and more professional - stores rather than this company which takes your money (via your salary which means you can't do anything to get them back) without actually sending you the product you ordered.
