I wish there was a negative star

I wish there was a negative star, booked an appointment for 1pm, they made us do a urine test for 2 hours.
The worst part is that they told us that the CT scan is immediate after pay, but guess what, you have to wait another hour. The lies the tell you. I think best to book an appointment 3 hours in advance. I am dying of pain, but all they care about is “please pay at the counter for the doctor to see you”. The humanity in hospital is dead.

Booking system wastes time for customers, and team isn't helpful

I made an appointment with Dr. Rahul Chaudhary for Wednesday at 2 p.m. via their booking system on their website.

I received confirmation of this appointment, then a confirmation text message. I then received a reminder text message for this appointment every day.

Then, on the day of the appointment, I received a text message that said, in essence: “Hey, sorry, but Dr. Rahul is on break at the moment. Can we reschedule?”

I am not available at the proposed time, so I call and ask how it is possible that I could have made a reservation when the doctor is not available, why I received a confirmation text message every day, and why I was only notified on the day itself.

I was told that 1) I had been sent a WhatsApp (to a number I don't use, tough luck) and that 2) if I had received a reminder text message every day, it was because no one had removed me from the system. Yes, no one thought to cancel my appointment even if the doctor wasn't available🤦🏻‍♂️.

In short, I canceled the appointment and I'm going to find a clinic with a better system that doesn't waste its customers' time. It can't be too hard to find.

This is one of the worst hospitals in Dubai

This is one of the worst hospitals I have ever experienced in my life.

If you are planning on starting a treatment here bare in mind the following.

1. They don't stick to appointment timings, you may have to wait up to an hour if not more after your schedule, this has happened to me personally 3 times now, and ive been here 4 times (al safa branch)
2. They do not disclose treatment charges until after the treatment (happened with my daughter for a vaccine shot and they charged me a lot for a vaccine I could've gotten for free elsewhere)
3. Al safa branch suffers from parking limit, you will end up parking in a sandy area where the valet guys park cars and one of them admitted to me that there are sharp objects that might puncture tyres.

4. If the doctor is going to take a break, he will take a break whether you are going to wait for him or not (this happened twice with me)

This is the most unprofessional experience I ever had in an extremely expensive hospital
