Course content is poorly made. And after 21 days. Youre stuck in the payments. No exceptions. Not even emergencies. Doesn't matter if youre completely incapacitated.

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is because I have not completed my training yet but, I'm quite sure once it's all said and done I will be revisiting to upgrade my rating, what I can say thus far this process has been seamless, very easy going and Linda was my initial point of contact was just amazing easy to talk to and very informative 😊

Linda was absolutely pristine in her assistance with me getting started in this program. She provided me all information I needed to help me understand the process. She was always open and available to help answer my questions and help me through the process. Excellent assistance!

I worked with Mark and he was truly great! He was very patient and understanding when I would have delayed responses and was very kind every time we spoke!

Excellent communication and help from Jamie! She held my hand and walked me through every step! I started only 7 days after signing up!! This is amazing service! Thank you Jamie and Medcerts!!

The "skills" part of the course is not available, it keeps spinning. The course way too buggy for me.

The amount of questions in Chapter 2 and each module were overwhelmingly numerous. Perhaps breaking them down into smaller parts would keep students engaged more.

I wish there were professors and office hours we could utilise , esp for west coast students.

I honestly would not recommend the course to colleagues.

Normally I'm anxious about signing up for different certifications or classes because there are so many things going into it especially using military assistance, but I felt so at ease. Tiffany Shackleton was amazing, patient, and overall very helpful with the process! Even with my busy life she continued to check on and help me get through the process and secure my spot to get my certification.

She was super helpful and patient and wanted the best for my future!

Daniel Dunham was quick with reaching out and was awesome at keeping me updated throughout the process. He walked me through, step by step, from being interested in the program to the point of getting my funding. Any questions I had were easily answered by text or phone call. I am super excited to get my certification through Army COOL/MedCerts!
