They really took time to make sure all my questions were answered and was very nice overall.

My husband and I just moved to Virginia and I was looking at going back to school for a certification that would fit my career path as a social worker. I decided to use the spouse education services provided by the military to see what schools were available as well as what they offered. After seeing the reviews and the programs offered at MedCerts I decided to reach out to the school to begin the enrollment process. The process of enrolling was super easy thanks to Rachel she was very helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend this school based on the various certifications they offer as well as how easy the process was.

Ms.Janet, was phenomenal, helping with my consultation and,throughout my entire application process from start to finish with medcert. She was supportive, patience, kind,helpful and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend anyone to get on board,to further your career with medcert.

I am a military spouse and I had an overall good experience. Eddie Switkowski assisted me with getting enrolled and getting in contact with MYCAA. while it did get a little tricky with the back and forth between school and mycaa Eddie was right there ready to help, so thank you!

Angie was so awesome! She was incredibly patient with me. When I finally decided exactly what path I wanted to take, she was right there. She is excellent at what she does. I’m thrilled that I chose MedCerts and that Angie Banks was my advisor.

Alyssa was super understanding when my check didn't go through that was needed for the payment. She helped me so much and was extremely patient, in the end I was finally able to get my payment made and enrolled!! I'm so excited for these classes, I definitely recommend working with Alyssa if you get the chance. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient, she goes above and beyond for you! Be nice to her or I will steal all of your socks.

Applying for the phlebotomy class was so simple and easy and the woman who helped me through it all, I believe her name was Anita ! She was so sweet and helpful she truly made it stress free, she helped me with payment options and was very thorough with all of the information she provided me to give a clear understanding of all aspects for this class I chose. I would definitely recommend MedCerts if you’re looking to add another license under your belt !! 10/10 experience.

Eddie Switkowski was 100% super helpful throughout my entire enrollment process, and I am so grateful for his support! He went above and beyond by constantly reminding me to check on my plan's approval status and then guided me step-by-step on how to request financial assistance. He was always available whenever I had a question. As a military spouse, navigating this can be overwhelming, but Eddie made it smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
