Their website declares "If you need a pick up on short notice (next 3 hours), please contact us first to check availability. We don’t accept bookings after 6pm for a pick up that is before 7am the next day."
This is False, as we found out two weeks ago.
We booked the evening before for a 7 am pickup (knew we couldn't book for pre-7am). Got an email confirming the pickup, then saw the credit card charge occur. The next morning, the 7am time passed with us standing on the street corner, so I sent a whatsapp message only to be told that they required 24 hours notice, NOT WHAT THE BOOKING PAGE SAYS!
At the last moment I had to book a more expensive Uber.
They told me on the whatsapp that they would process a refund as they had already charged our card, didn't offer to cover the cost of the more expensive option we had to use, however, the refund is still not showing up.
The stress of having your car not arrive when you are heading to the airport for a flight cannot be over stated. It sets your whole travel day off very badly, when the whole point of using this service was to do just the opposite.
Exceedingly disappointed, they (auto)responded with emails after the booking saying they'd be there, they charged the card, but then they have no system to tell them they've taken a booking they can't fill, AND have incorrect deceptive info on the website. They seemingly cannot even do a simple refund, I'm going to have to file a dispute on my Credit Card now.

Friendly driver and waited for us after long immigration queue (3H). Car in good condition and communication from company was great

I ended up being in immigration for 2.5 hours and my driver was patient and in contact the whole time I was waiting. The moment I was done he was ready for pickup. This made a stressful part of the trip blend nicely into an easy transfer. Rest assured, when you reserve your pick up the driver will be there for you no matter how long immigration may take.

Hey guys I paid and they never tried contacting me or had my name written at the airport this is a scam i don’t understand why do they have so many good reviews when they just stole my money

Driver arrived early and confirmed the night before. Comfortable car also.

Unfortunately I did not use Medellin Airport Transfer services due to another arrangement with a local Colombian driver. I try to support local people and businesses as much as possible, however, when I had to cancel the service MAT gave me no problems whatsoever and refunded my money instantly. That, to me, shows real integrity. I will DEFINITELY consider hiring Medellin Airport Transfer service on my next visit to Medellin.

I specifically used the service to be greeted at the haul, not to go across the street, if I wanted to walk with my luggage across the street, Uber would have been easier. Won't use the service again.

Yes I have to cross the street, but I was promised someone with a sign with my name will greet me. crossing and finding someone is a challenge. I saw many other drivers with the sign at the haul.

It took a little while for them to get to the airport. I’ll be at. I did book it when I got into broadcast range on my phone landing on the tarmac, but everything else went wonderful when I got to Medellin and they return trip nine days later was great.

The driver on the way to Medellin was very insightful and answered any questions we had. The driver on the way back to the airport was punctual and drove very smooth. Would recommend this service.

Highly recommend this service. You avoid worrying about your travel to and from the airport. The cars and drivers we had were friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

I was arriving late at night and wanted to use the transfer service. I received a whatsapp message showing me the vehicle, and communication once I landed was easy. Safe driver, would recommend.
