Over the years
Over the years, I've had back problems and in fact, two back operations. Since I play a lot of golf in St Andrews, that's not a good thing! One day, recently, my wife was walking our dog on the beach (I was away playing golf) and she noticed a young man strapping on a velcroed lumbar support. She spoke to him and he explained that he had a bad back (as does most of the UK) and that his Mother in Law, a physiotherapist, raved about the Medi Back Lumbar Support.
I got on the phone to Medi, spoke to Tracey, who was delightful, gave her my measurements and the next day, my support arrived. Unfortunately, I had given Tracey incorrect measurements and the support which arrived was too small. I spoke to her and within 24 hours, the correct size arrived.
Tracey is an outstanding ambassador for Medi and I cannot commend them too highly. Well done Tracey!
