I bought a light bulb for my oven
I bought a light bulb for my oven. After two days the bulb burned out. The wire inside got broken while the bulb was in the oven and the bulb stopped emitting light. I brought the bulb to Mediamarkt in Dietlikon where I bought it and asked for a refund. They refused saying I might have dropped it on the floor.

incorrect pick up information
Service was good and helpfull. But the delivery / pick up of out of stock item which I ordered was not correct with still no info on actual delivery / pick up date.
I made this comment on Mediamarkt Switserland, the Meyrin / Geneva branch.

Not reliable stock information, nor delivery time,
They advertised online (almost) instant item availability, which was crucial, since I had an urgent need - a failed component to my PC. Online webpage claimed I could pick it up in half an hour. Ordered. A day passed. They waited until the very end of the day - couple of minutes before closing the shop, to let me know, the order got cancelled because chosen hardware is not available. Fine - mistakes happen, but it should be verified faster. Nothing exotic, no recent price surge, or any other special circumstances. Just poorly managed stock, or too optimistic estimator, to push customers into their trap. Quite bad practice. Wasted my precious time.
