A really frustrating experience with a person named Pawel (white t-shirt of Media Markt) who sits at the cashier side. I have always been a loyal customer of Media Markt Janki and was always happy to buy from the Janki shop.

However, on December 23rd after 8:30 PM I entered the shop to buy a Bosch carpet washing cleaner. It was heavy so I had to carry it from one end to another end. After reaching the cashier place, I said I have a Media Markt card as I am a regular customer. Pawel from behind said that I need to get my card or else cannot help in a very arrogant manner.

I asked if you can check using my contact or email ID. He said no he cannot again in an arrogant manner. I asked again and said that every time I come I was able to get the details with the help of the staff. Then he asked me to go to the staff who was standing at the center of the shop.

So I asked if I need to take this heavy product to the staff. He again said yes I have to carry this heavy product to the staff at the center of the shop again. I clearly said I won't carry the product back again. He said he cannot help.

He stated that he has been working here for many years. I asked if you can take a scan or copy the QR Code instead of carrying the product back and forth. He said he cannot do anything. I waited and I said I won't move from the shop.

Instead of helping Pawel was just moving around the shop at the cashier side. Such pathetic customer service. Then I again stated that no one is helping, and they are providing super bad customer service. Then he said that I can go with the lady to get my details.

The lady then helped me find my card details and helped me scan it. A person named Pawel spoiled my Christmas, just because I decided to buy from MediaMarkt. Such a horrible customer experience from Pawel. I am proceeding with reporting this across Media Markt leadership and reaching out to them until I get a proper reason for such improper behaviors with great attitude.

I think MediaMarkt needs to train their employees. If they are working for a long time, please make sure such people are provided proper training. Going forward you have lost a lot of customers in the Janki area. I am passing this information to all my friends in Janki on Pawel's behaviour and stating not to buy from MediaMarkt Janki.

You have lost at least 50 customers with this experience.

Absolutely do not recommend these shops. The main thing for the staff is to sell, and they are not interested in what happens next. The washing machine was not delivered on time and nobody knows when it will happen. The hotline can not help (why it is needed in such a case). The carrier company with which the shop co-operates does not answer the phone. What I paid money for is not clear at all

I ordered a camera on the website and everything went really well, not sure about the customer service because I didn’t have any issue for now. But I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews and all are kinda the same so I think are fakes since they all describe the same way the “issue” !!!

First my pc broke, they fixed, but broke again, bought new pc, broke as well, bought headphones, broke, they fixed, and then broke again, went to get them repaired, but no, they didn’t repair them because it’s mechanical damage and not electrical, wow such great service and customer support, also they don’t speak english

Worst service ever you get promises and then they give you nothing and you need to wait 2h for that

I order online ps5 and pay fot it. 5h later get email my order is cancel because ps5 was sold at store. JOKE store

I ordered air purifiers and they arrived in bad condition (deep scratches and dirty) and they were in boxes of different models.
One of the models came in a different colour than the one I ordered.

I have bought my laptop from this market and actually satisfied with the seller help, they easily helped me to find a suitable laptop for me. The price was reasonable not so high.

The page absolutely doesn't work, I can't buy anything and it still throws a syntax error. Whatever I put in the basket.

On the 6th of April I saw a PS5 console(disk), 2 controllers and one video game on their website. Price - 3500 zl. 760 EUR.
One disk console + one controller is about 2200pln. One extra controller is about 300 pln. One video game about 200 pin. Why the 800 pln surcharge ? wanted to make a little extra money on the excitement for this machine ?
One day later offer was taken down. Sleazy attitude, shame on you.

I do not want to recommend this store, although the assortment is of high quality, but the service and attitude towards the buyer are at the very bottom, but this is their benefit, of course.

Don't know why here are so many bad reviews. Ordered now few times from mediamarkt.pl and the stuff always came as ordered. One time they forgot to add me the requested business invoice, after writing an email to support I got a call and also the invoice within minutes. So really, nothing bad to tell.
