I purchased office 2019 and the key…

I purchased office 2019 and the key didn't work during the install or phone activation. Microsoft says it's an invalid product. I contacted seller via phone from their website and it goes to a conferencing center. I tried their phone from the BBB website and it's invalid. I sent two emails to them with no response. I disputed the charges with the bank and they replied with broken english that I installed it and they tried to contact me via email a few times which are both untrue. No email ever arrived and I am unable to install the product. You can not contact this company. No matter how cheap their prices are, if it doesn't work, it's a ripoff. I have purchased the software, without issue, from another supplier
