I would NEVER purchase anything else from this company --THE WORST!!! and I will tell everyone else to never buy from this guy! They responded to my email in a vulgar and rude manner. I sent them an email over the weekend to update me on the status of my DVD that was ordered Jan 8th,2025 and since it was over a month and I had not received my order I asked for a refund on my cc. They responded saying "How dare I send an email over the weekend (when they are not at work) expecting a refund" They also said "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!!" "YOU ARE A JERK" YOU ARE A DISGRACE" and was not eligible for a refund!!! Threatening me to never contact them again!!!! I have the email saved as proof of my correspondence. And this was just because I asked for a refund.

23 Days since ordering and two emails without product or response!

If you order something from this company there is no way to track and no way to find any information on your order. Very hard to contact. Forget canceling or refunds. They want you to download their app. Just don't use this company. I ordered a power supply for a cam and never arrived. Finally we found out how we can go and pick it up ourselves. Romania should learn how to deliver to villages.

Just adding my experience with them. No response after getting charged. Phone went to a dead line and emails went unanswered when asked where the product was or if it was shipped

I give them an F rating and I see I’m not alone.

Ordered a set of dvd's Aug 19 2023. This happened more than 12 months ago. DVD's were Montparnasse Revisited. Never arrived and nobody responded to my email when I tried to follow up. This is a total scam site that preys on people looking for rare video. I knew it before I ordered it but wanted it so much I took the huge gamble. Only satisfaction I get is trying to expose them here. Total SCAM

I ordered a DVD about Churchill a month and a half ago, I have emailed 3 times, the first response said to check their shipping guidelines which said it takes 15 days, this after about 20 days, after ignoring my 2nd email, I said I was not happy that it was ignored and requested a refund for the lost goods after 1 month+, this is their response below, needless to say I moved back to Amazon and learnt lesson about these random online traders.

“YOU have written ONCE (1x) on August 6 AFTER BUSINESS CLOSED - which was three (3) business days ago -- and rather than handle this matter in the civil and appropriate manner that such issues require, YOU have LIED and said:

"I ask for an immediate refund as the product has not arrived and you have now refused to reply to my emails"

ANY of your emails, JACK? ONE sent int he evening THREE BUSINESS DAYS AGO, WHICH IS WITHIN INDUSTRY STANDARD RESPONSE TIME -- FOLLOWED BY A HYSTERICAL SERIES OF STATEMENTS AND DEMANDS AFTER THAT?!? *WHERE IS YOUR PRIDE?!? WHERE IS YOUR SELF RESPECT?!? WHERE IS YOUR BACKBONE, JACK?!?!*

I ordered the complete DVD set of the series "The Struggles for Poland". There was initially a communication problem over a non-delivery of the order, where the company's email to me about it seemed to bounce back to them unawares to either of us. However, once this was resolved the item was immediately re-sent and arrived in my home in Denmark in less than two weeks. Very professionally packaged and presented discs, and very good quality sound and picture, given that this is an almost 40 year old archived programme.
