Take great care when using this company. They use FedEx for deliveries who have the most incredibly long windows for delivery (my current one is sometime today between 8.00am and 10.00pm) with no option at all to trace where on the route the delivery is. I have just moved into the area so have no trusted neighbours to leave the item with. They failed to deliver on Friday last week, citing an incorrect address when it was supplied by me correctly, and the day-long delivery window was the same then. I little imagined when I bought these items that I would end up effectively imprisoned in my home for two whole days.

Item arrived damaged. Emailed multiple times. Contact number on the website for UK doesn’t work.
Left with a £70 purchase that is faulty and unable to return and or receive a replacement.

I’ll be honest, with sites look I really was leary about how good the print was going to be. Thankfully against my expectations the print was great quality and the image very clear! Will definitely be coming here for prints more often!

Ordered 4 prints from 2 articles in the Daily Mirror from the 1970's. Astonished that I was able to locate them after such a long period of time. The 1st set of prints arrived in the correct envelope but, unfortunately, was very badly bent (despite Do not bend sticker). I contacted Media Storehouse and they replaced them immediately even sending me extra copies! Brilliant, thank you.
