This hospital only cares for money. They don't give a damn about people's wellbeing. They have a racist policy. Foreigners who live, work pay taxes, have sgk and private insurances here are banned from this hospital.

The professionalism and genuine compassion of the international staff ( Mr. Ahmed & Mr. Jonathan) was outstanding. We felt supported and cared for throughout our experience. Thank you for your dedication and kindness.

Great experience, I was helped by Ahmed which translated everything for me and guided me through the exams! They were really accommodating, I was a bit scared at first as I was in a foreign country dealing with healthcare systems but everything was very easy, smooth and efficient, I would definitely recommend!

I am truly grateful for the exceptional care my mum received at this hospital. Words cannot express how much they have meant to us. Ms. Arzu went above and beyond, making all the necessary arrangements and being there for us day and night, even over the weekend. Dr. Humayun Kakar, the cardiologist, is truly outstanding. What an exceptional Dr. Unlike many hospitals, this one prioritizes patient care without the worry of being overcharged. Every nurse and staff member exemplifies top-notch professionalism and compassion. I am forever thankful for the support we received during such a challenging time. This hospital was absolutely amazing.. i went for a gastric sleeve 1 week ago through another company and i have never ever experienced care like it.

the first night i arrived every nurse who was going to be looking after me that weekend came in to show there face and meet me, they made me feel comfortable made sure i had everything i needed and then i went off to sleep

the next morning i was scheduled for surgery late morning and the nurses were so delicate and kind whilst doing all the necessary tests they had to do on me..

I then went down to have so many extensive tests done, ECG, Heart scan, thyroid scan, kidney & live scan, breathing test on my lungs, i had an appointment with a psychiatrist and a dietician before surgery too!

Then i was taken to endoscopy i was quite nervous and the doctors and nurses really put me at ease telling me i would be ok, i have nothing to worry about and made me feel as comfortable as possible.

I then went straight into surgery, i met my amazing surgeon Dr Muzaffer Onder Oner again right before surgery and he put me at so much ease again, I then woke up from surgery and for the 2 days after surgery i had nurses coming in to see me and check on me every 30 minutes, always making sure i was comfortable, feeling ok, my cannulas kept getting blocked and i ended up having 4 cannulas in different areas and they were just so gentle and patient with me.. if i pressed the bell someone was in my room with in 5 seconds every time, if i requested my bed changing someone was in my room ready to change my bed quicker than i was able to get out of it, if i needed to go for a walk a nurse would be with me supporting me for as long as i needed them too, i really felt like i was in the care of my own family they took so much pride in there jobs and were proud of where they worked and who they worked for they were very hard working constantly

The hospital is also really well looked after, really modern, smells lovely, rooms are cleaned everyday whilst your there they really do look after it

If i was to ever need any other medical treatment i will now go here every single time ❤️ thankyou so much medical point!

The foreign language support staff make trips to this hospital go much more smoothly than they would if you tried to muddle through unaccompanied. They are always so helpful and positive and good at helping to get things done quickly.

My mom underwent a hernia operation under his care, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results. I stayed here April 2023. I cannot fault the staff here all were absolutely brilliant..Although I wasn't pleased with the level of effort from the reps from the company I went with the actual hospital/surgons/staff are brilliant. They go above and beyond to make sure you have the maximum treatment and checks u need.

The reception was amazing, I felt so welcomed and safe when I arrived in Turkey. After a tiring flight to I was relieved to find my ride waiting for me. The international service team treated me so well. The hospital had the best entrance ever! The facility was so modern and busy too. Overall, they made my stay at the hospital amazing, even after my procedure I still got 24/7 service, the doctors constantly came to check on me and the hospital nurses were very attentive to my needs. I am very happy with the results of my procedure, the doctor did a wonderful job. I would strongly recommend Medical Point International to anyone looking to have any form of plastic surgery, I guarantee you would get the best results.

Absolutely brilliant experience from start to finish my coordinator Burak has been extremely helpful and has answered all of my questions. My Surgeon Mustafa Ozner Onder was brilliant, he came and saw me each day following surgery and was very informative. Before surgery the hospital ran many tests and weee very thorough. Since returning my coordinator has messaged most days to check on my recovery. The hospital is really clean and the hotel stay at the Hilton was lovely. Overall great experience and highly recommend !
