I'm a Cancer patient with port and I'm on very limited budget
I found this company on Internet that was offering a good deal on prefilled saline syringes, or so I thought. I placed my order for $43.plus I paid tip $3 thinking tthat they will deliver faster.It took three weeks to deliver and when it finally arrived I was in a state of shock from what I saw inside. They send me three syringes . Ok can you imagine that today anyone who is suffering just like me will pay $10 for syringe of saline solution. So I called and spoke with their rep and apparently I didn't punch a right button to choose 30 count instead of 3,And that how got me
I was unable to return because she said the restocking fee is so hight I would end up with no money at the end . So I td her that it was pretty expensive lesson. And I hope she can feel what I feel in that specific moment for this company that she working for. So here is my story so make your own opinion. In conclusion. If they treat people like me in such a conning manner then should we continue support this business by buying from them. I say no. Absolutely not. There are many other good established medical supplies who deserve our attention. Thank you for yours, God Bless you all, Stay safe and be well.

This company may be a scam. Be cautious as they don’t allow return!! I was buying a medical pad and found they have the same price as Amazon, except they ship a lot faster although $5 shipping. But when I got the product, it was only one piece instead of a pack of 10 as Amazon is showing. This is ridiculous!

So they are selling one piece for the price of 10. I wish I’ve seen the other review with similar experience earlier. It seems like a pattern and how I’m scammed. Called customer service and they just reiterate the no return policy.

I normally do not write reviews but, wanted to let others now of my own experience.

I have purchased multiple items from MedicalSuppliesFast.com and have always had great customer service.

Although I have had some delays during the pandemic peak, which is to be expected, all of my email requests were responded to in a timely fashion.

If i could give this so called company 0 stars I would. To every one in need of any kind of medical supplies, please save your money and do not waste time or energy on this website. They are here to take advantage of covid19, falsely advertise products and when you call them out on it, they have a million and one excuses on the reason they falsely advertised the product. I bought some PDI sanicloth wipes from them which they clearly advertised that it will come in containers and boxes. To my surprise, I received boxes of small packets of wipes as small as alcohol pads; no containers which usually have large wipes in them. I currently have a claim with paypal in an attempt to get my full refund. I returned their product to them and they accused me of returning it incomplete which they cannot prove. Their goal is to get your money by any means necessary and not customer satisfaction which can be achieved by accurately advertising products.. I wrote a review on this product which they never published on their site. They also changed the image on the sanicloth wipes after i complained that they falsely advertised it. f they were right, then there is no need to change that image. please stay away from scammers like this one and use your money and time wisely. My next step is reporting them to a local news outlet and better business bureau. This is not just about the money but it is about the principle. I find it disgusting that anyone will take advantage of such a pandemic just to make money.
