03/09/26..u fraud cheater theives.i return ur fake parcel back on my own expenses. And today u return it back. I paid for return shipping.provided u tracking. As u fraudsters ask me yo return for full return and after u cheated me? U think its over .no we contacted FBI to investigate it.as u selling fake dangerous medicines.which Netherlands also need to take action.ppl are going to.die with that.also this fraud is not acceptable. Why would I waste my £85? U ask.me to.return that crap(we have all the emails u send) now I want my money back.

Hopefully this is as good as it made out to be.

The website showed a price of £36.65 for 3 bottles which I paid. The next thing is a confirmation showing a charge of £149.92 which they have taken on my card without agreement. I emailed them within 6 minutes of the confirmation saying I had not agreed to this and wanted it cancelled immediately. After several emails back and forth they stopped answering. I have now found out today that the parcel is on its way which will be returned immediately. It will be interesting to see how quick they return my money.

Oki so i bought from them i put in the right adresss all of a sudden it said it was getting shipped to a whole different addresses in dublin i thought it was my own fault i double checked and i did put the right address they just changed the adress for no reason at all i emailed them and they said nothing they can do about it which is so annoying i asked for a refund couldn’t give it to me since the product was shipped already and i asked could they just send me new ones because it was THEIR mistake not mine so irritating and they didnt give it to me so money out the window people are also correct about the pop ups and they randomly tryied to take €79 from my bank account thank god i was using my revulte card and not my other bank account i think this is false advertisement and a waste of ur time do not purchase i wouldnt recomend they did nothing to help me out and wont help you out when needed

Took £150 for a £36.96 order and now can’t get my money back! Total scam artists!

Why have I been charged £73.30 on top of the original £36.65 I ordered for £36.65 but you have taken today 73.30 and I would like refunded this £73.30 today thanks

Easy enough to order. Remember price is per bottle. Annoying at check out the extra add ons to refuse or buy.
Now to see if it actually works.

Extremely disappointing experience. I originally looked into purchasing these tablets because the offer advertised was £36 for a 90-day supply. However, I was subsequently charged £149.92, with additional tablets added to my order that I was not aware of or expecting.
I contacted the company almost immediately after receiving my order confirmation to cancel the order and request a refund, as I no longer wanted the products after discovering the significantly higher charge.
Despite contacting them straight away, before I had received any items, I have been told that I must wait for the parcel to arrive, pay to return it internationally to the Netherlands, provide tracking information, and only then will they consider processing a refund.
I find this incredibly frustrating and unreasonable, especially as I attempted to cancel the order almost immediately and the products had not yet even arrived. I do not feel customers should be expected to pay additional costs to return unwanted products when concerns are raised straight away regarding unexpected charges and items.
Overall, this has been a very stressful and disappointing experience. I would urge others to carefully check exactly what they are being charged for before placing an order.

I put an order in for the 90 day pack and it came to £32.98, with my 10% off.My credit card provider asked if i had made this payment and asked me to confirm, which i did. Then i had another message from them to say did i authorize a payment of £65.97! the answer to which i said No. Now they want me to call them because of a possible scam. In fact they tried to take 2 payments of 65.97! At no point did i read anything to say i would be charged that amount. There was no mention of a subscription and i did not accept any of the offers that where given me after i placed my order.
What is going on?
So the initial payment of £32.98 was authorized and i have received an order confirmation for that amount, but whether it gets me the three bottles that i asked for or if anything turns up, remains to be seen

However it was not made clear at all. 90 day supply for £30 odd. If that was the case why didn’t you just take one payment for the full price which would be £90 to £100? No wonder people are complaining. You should put this right straight away. It is very misleading and it shows that you are not honest with what you are selling

I gave authorised 1payment but it had taken a 2nd payment unauthorised for twice as much as first. Sent email to cancel subscription and return monies. Can't wait for a response

If I could do zero I would! This is a scam. Avoid at all costs. Said they had already shipped my order 45 mins after I bought. DO NOT ORDER!

If i could score 0 I would have. I spent £114 for 3 bottles. THE PILLS DO NOT WORK. After 10 days no weight loss. They offered me 25% refund which is not acceptable as they advertise money back guarantee. They have not had the courtesy to answer my emails. THEY OBVIOUSLY ARE SCAMMERS. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! The website will say its a special offer, then you will be charged more than what you agreed.
When you email them to complain , you will receive a response to say you got an automated email explaining the order and they will look into it.... Then you will hear nothing else from them . You will then receive an email saying your order is dispatched but the link is a fake page.
I have contacted the police about this operation which is a fraudulent company and have been in touch with my bank to recover the money that was taken without my consent
Please note that a lot of the 3-5 star reviews are fake and subtly respond to the complaints of the 1 star review... Don't believe a word of it

Misleading Pricing and Unexpected Charges

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with MedicGLP.

The product was advertised at around £36, which is what I expected to pay. However, I was then charged a further £73.95 in a separate transaction, meaning I ended up being charged over £110 when I had not knowingly agreed to this additional payment.
