Terrible disrespectful and disappointing company!!!!!
Absolutely horrible. I ordered a kit, £149,90 I didn’t receive in 2 weeks, I asked to cancel, they did but I didn’t receive my refund back. I sent 4 emails and I didn’t get answer and any position of the company. That’s a shame, disappointing and disrespectful.

Easy to find the test I wanted. Step by step instructions.
Fast delivery and turnaround time. Very thorough drs report which I have given to my gp. Especially liked the next steps to take bit of the report and advice on any further testing needed. Have been using Medichecks for a few years now,tried others but always go back to Medichecks as their results are easier to understand.

BEWARE This company is ABSOLUTELY…
BEWARE This company is ABSOLUTELY USELESS I ordered a blood test opened an account paid them £110
when I came to access the results I could not get the
account to accept my password I rung medicheck and spent 1 hour with David trying to open my account but it did not work I tried changing the password still it did not allow me to access my results, I wasted a further 30mins
but it still did not work, I said right the simple way is to POST the results to me, but they refused, so I DO NOT have my results no way to access them, so I will issue a summons to get my money back What a shower this company is read all there other rotten reviews.

Great product and service from Medichecks.
Opted for Superdrug to take my blood, they changing the date I pre booked my blood withdrawal without telling me which resulted in a wasted journey and with my local Superdrug pulled the service, so had to travel around trip of 40 miles. Probably best to get the blood withdrawal done local with another provider.
