I’m a little biased on Medichecks as…
I’m a little biased on Medichecks as they managed to identify a cancer risk that turned out to accurate. This time around I was unlucky enough to undertake a LFT test - got a call next day after posting to stay the doctor had picked up a severe possibly critical issues and I should attend AandE following a new medicine causing drug-induced-liver-injury. Within six hours of the call Inhave been seen by a consultant through the NHS and also had an excellent follow up note from the doctor. The doc even emailed the findings over, which meant the consultant could go straight to ordering the right tests quickly without having to guess what the problem was. Life saving advice potentially. Well done and thanks to the doctor at Medichecks. Again you delivered!!!

Good tests and fast results, but slow arriving to home
The comprehensiveness of the range of tests is great. And the speed of results, once the test is posted back, is very good. However, the delivery of the test pack can be very slow - it has taken over a week from order to reaching my home often; why, when Amazon does it next day?

Received test kit in two days. Had to wait three weeks for my hospital to draw my blood sample. Test result received one week after posting the sample. Would like to have known more about the finger-prick sample method to know if I could have done that instead of the long wait going through the hospital, but there wasn't much info online.

The test was affordable and the instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Once received at the lab the test was completely quickly and my results forwarded immediately. Very pleased with service.

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! Through my own error, I ordered two tests for myself and my husband without realising he needed his own account to order his own test. This was very easily sorted via the online chat function which is so speedy and the operators so helpful. I dealt with Millie who sorted it all out within minutes.

It took a long time for the test to arrive.
It took a long time for the test to arrive. I found the process difficult. Booking clinics ect but once the test was posted, I was kept up to date and the did send me emails.
