Tried reordering mounjaro after their…
Tried reordering mounjaro after their website update and have been unable to order due to a problem with the browser. Tried for 10 days, customer services said someone would get back to me, eventually contacted them again and someone got back to me saying I need to change browser from safari to another.
Give up in the end because I need the new pen. Disappointing customer service especially as this is a prescription medication and had very little support.
Service is no where near what it should be.

Excellent service with rigorous checks
Excellent service with rigorous checks, which I appreciated as it enabled me to receive the correct level of care and treatment. I guess its used to weed out people with eating disorders, so I understand why they do it and rightly so.
I like the professionalism and speed at which medication is delivered, it was packed so securely and kept at the correct temperature.
Bravo for an excellent service, much better than BOLT whom I was with before, and equally as competitive in price.
