I’ve been a loyal customer for over a year, not swapped and changed suppliers.
My order this time I’ve had lots of issues.
Asking for more information but not sending me an email to ask for the information (yes I checked the spam).
When I enquired via the support box never had a reply.
When I asked for a refund no customer service to enquire why.
The only positive was the lovely ladies on the phone when I had to call on 3 occasions to solve this issue.
I will now consider if I will order with you again.

Unprompted review
Royal Mail delivered late, medication warm.
I’ve been a customer here for a while now. Sadly my last delivery did not show and Royal Mail showed it as delivered. It arrived the next day warm and melted. I have emailed MM but not had any reply yet. Hopefully they will reply. I cannot use my medication as it’s warm to touch. Who knows how warm it got over this heatwave.

Excellent as Always
I ordered mounjaro just prior to the May bank holiday and I received my order on the Wednesday, which was a day longer than normal as advised it would be. Medicine Market place really is excellent, it is easy to provide photos and videos as requested by them and I am pleased that they are thorough.
