Due to the Italian Competition Authority Decision in Italy in March 2026 against misleading systematic deception in their processes and procedures. . The UK uses the same system. DUE TO FAKE 1 star REVIEWS we are no longer putting attention to this profile. Fake Reviews from Mr Gukol Raveendra and his gang. Approx 100 fake reviews from 2023 to 2026 using fake names. A court Judgment was issued for damages against Mr Raveendra for £2,795 for damage to company property. Which he paid. And another £7,000 is owed for damage to company property but he has fled the UK. Google is using its AI to place further damage on the victims. 360,00 potential Medicines Online patients so far have been misled by google as it is supporting this misleading reviews system. The Regulator and TP failed to remove these illegal 1 star reviews. TP have been reported to the Police who asked TP to remove these 1 star fake reviews in the last 3 years. 9/10 1 star reviews are from the Gang of Mr Raveendra. A full refund is not serious?
1. The clotting of the sample is related to the blood sample and not the laboratory.
2. Despite the issue not originating from our laboratory but from you, we provided a full refund, covering the costs of materials, reagents, and services from multiple teams. NO OTHER company would do this.

Excellent Customer Service Saved The Day
This is an edited review of Medicines Online.
I originally posted a 2-star review because I found the process too clunky. I was expecting that my sample would never be used, I’d have to go with another provider and lose the money I’d paid.
I contacted the WhatsApp customer service team and they were incredibly helpful and have got me back on track.
I’ve gone from being pretty annoyed to complementary about their customer service and will continue to use Medicines Online.

Ordered a HPV test offering results next day. Retuned it in a priority post box as advised. Website showed received it 5 days later. 8 days later showed result sent, now 10 days later isn't even showing it received! I no longer trust their result will be accurate and ordered from Superdrug.
Shocking service and very poor customer care.
No wonder you are not unable to talk with them other than sms or WhatsApp.
Even now, no apology to an extremely unhappy customer … AVOID

Problems getting PCR results
Had problems with email results not getting through to my inbox or spam folder. Customer service were good with responding but then I had to go through a process of “talking” with them and the lab via WhatsApp messaging. I eventually got to actually speak to someone at the lab but I find it unacceptable to be given a customer service number on their email to hear a recording saying I cannot speak to anyone. What is happening in this country that we can no longer speak with a fellow human being? Would not use this company again.
